We had breakfast ordered for our office. There was a hair in my sandwich and when I mentioned it to a coworker she said she found a hair in her sandwich as well in her eggs. Talk about gross . My coworker had a totally different sandwich from mine so that leads me to believe the counter or surface where two different sandwiches were prepared had hair on them which leads to the conclusion this place is dirty and the people preparing the food are not cleaning and or paying attention. Do better! I will never eat here again.

Visited with friends recently and had a nice time here. You can also visit with family. The food was great as well as the coffee. The pastries were very delicious. We ordered a Café mocha, a fruit tarte, eclaire, a pesto pasta, and a chicken cordon blue pasta. Everything tasted amazing. The staff were also very friendly and kind. Overall, it was a nice experience.

This used to be one of my favorite places. I’ve been going there for years. It has continued to go down over time now to the point that I will not go back after today. Too many things to list, but food quality, service, and mainly the overall attitude from employees to customers. It’s just not the same place anymore. This comes from someone who typically doesn’t take time to write bad reviews. If the company responds to this by asking what they can do differently, hire better people, treat your customers better, prepare your food better….the things you used to do back in the day. Do those things again.

I’ll start with the two positives. 1. Inside looks nice, bakery case was well stocked. 2. The girl who took dine in orders was very pleasant. One of the things I ordered, broccoli soup, she recommended I not get bc it was burned. That was helpful.

The gentleman who brought our food put the plates down, stared back at me when I said thank you then turned and walked away. Ok, guess he was having a bad day. Wife got quiche which was served cold. Son got the nutella croissant, old and hard and he didnt want to eat it. Halfway through eating my sandwich, realized the potato side and my son’s chips didnt come. Wasnt going to ask the grumpy guy so went to the girl I ordered from. She apologized, said the guy should have told me was still in the oven. 15 mins later, she brought it and it was quite charred and overdone. The lady at the togo counter when I bought a jar of soup togo was standoffish and had an interrogating tone with me and another person in line before me. I decided to just make my purchase w/o confronting this attitude and get out of there. 1st and last visit, dont recommend at all.

This was the first time I visited this restaurant as it was recommended by a friend. Food was delicious. Everyone was friendly except for one older man that was so offended by me looking at the menu. He rolled his eyes and shook his head at me like I was a misbehaving child. Not sure what his problem was but based on the reviews that’s not unusual. I definitely won’t be coming back to this establishment.

I used to come to this La Madeline consistently today I was in the area with my children and excited to bring them here to try it and unfortunately, we could not eat here. The Staff was extremely unpleasant, rude, and the smell of one of the Employees was atrocious. Unfortunately, we had to leave and could not stay because of this.

I had a wonderful experience at La Madeleine today. I was greeted so nicely by Tish and she was able to make sure I was all taken care of. She was able to answer all the questions I had about the menu and help me make a great choice. The food came out and it was delicious. I will definitely be returning!

This café used to be one of our all-time favorites, but over time, the experience has really gone downhill. The service has become slower, the portions have shrunk, and the final straw was the kids’ meal pasta—it was barely a few bites, not even half a bowl. Seriously? That’s just unacceptable. Shame on the management and staff for letting things slip so far.
