Very impressive! Our group of seven ate at La Loma the other night while in town for an event. From start to end, we had a great experience with excellent food and service. Jose was our server, and he was fantastic!! When the fajita salad was served, we all commented on its large size. Then the burritos came out, and they made the salad look normal-sized. We don’t know what was in the coleslaw concoction that came with the chips or the squirty bottles of sauce, but all three were amazingly good with the red sauce being the hottest of the two. We all wish we had the recipes for the coleslaw and sauces! The meal was rounded out with churros, which everyone raved about.

Nothing like your server taking your order and never coming back. Not to mention we had three different people drop our food off and after waiting around for a drink refill was served by yet another person. The $8 “regular” sized cheese dip was smaller than the salsa bowl and was half full when brought to the table. I have never been served mushy rice before at a Mexican restaurant either. This was our first and last time at this restaurant stay FAR away.

This is hands down my favorite restaurant. The people, the food, the flavors, everything is consistently amazing. If I could give it a million stars, I would. One thing I noticed right away about La Loma is that their food never upsets my stomach. The ingredients taste fresh, genuine, and made with love. Truly one of the best dining experiences every time. Oh yeah and the drinks oh so good. La loma takes care of you, I highly recommend.

Atmosphere was good. Service was not so good. What i ordered is not what i got. Food was not representative of mexican food. It was another culture. Ive notoced a trend in ohio. Claiming to be mexican food and its not. High recommened. High dissapointed.

Our favorite local Mexican restaurant. Our family feels it’s the most authentic in the area. Street tacos & Birria tacos are delicious as well as the polo con crema, and Colorado plates. The service is fast and friendly. They also have horchata and Tres Leches, which have both been hard to find in the area. The Tres Leches is a must, it’s homemade and served by the slice – but you can also order a whole cake to-go in advance. It was a nice birthday surprise for mother-in-law a few years ago. They recently had a menu change and I tried the La Loma Burrito and loved it! Their new drink menu is extensive, so many good looking options. We loved our margarita Pitcher, we mixed lime and mango together and we each got to choose our own glass rim coating. They have tajin, salt, and sugar.

My date and I made a special trip to North Canton just to try this restaurant after reading a review featuring a photo of a “Wet Burrito.” Pictures are definitely worth a million words. But just because a picture might look great doesn’t mean it will taste great either. But in this case, I thought the taste of the food lived up to that of the reviewer. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were quickly seated, given chips, salsa and Slaw. The salsa was quite piquante, but good. Never had Slaw presented with my chips before, but it was good as well. I had the Wet Burrito. You have your choice of protein. My server recommended the marinated beef, which i would liken to pot roast. Next time, I’ll try it with the steak or chicken. My date had a regular 12″ Burrito with Pork. She said it was spicy, which means mild to me. But she also said it was good. If it wasn’t for the fact I hadn’t ate till dinnertime I probably would have had to box half of that humongous Burrito up like my date did. A chilled Modelo helped make my dinner that much better. Well worth a trip to try it out. I’ll definitely be back sometime.

Every menu item that comes with rice now is horrible. Peas, corn, and green beans shouldn’t be in Mexican rice. Only thing that was good was the salsa. Used to be our favorite place but until they stop serving Chinese rice we won’t be back.

Skip Olive Garden nextdoor and go to La Loma instead! You will get your monies worth, be full and still take home leftovers.
I take my kids here quite often because I know it’s good food, affordable and it’s going to fill up a teenager!

Food was good, definitely one of the top mexican restaurants we have had in the area since moving to Ohio. We are from CA, but also lived in TX and AZ. I was pleased with my fajitas and the fact that they offered cheek ans tongue tacos, that my partner enjoyed. We will be back.

It is really different than any other Mexican restaurants in the area. It is an authentic place with many good dishes.

Their salsa taste the best. Cheese dip has nice buttery flavor. This place will definitely be the first choice when I crave for Mexican food.
