A beautiful fine dining establishment with an elegant atmosphere and a lively ambiance, especially with the live entertainment during the meal.

For drinks, I tried a couple of the mocktails. The Strong Like Crab mocktail leaned heavily fruity with a bold flavor profile. The “Will You Berry Me?” was more tart with a slight hint of bitterness.

For the cold tapas, we ordered the scallops crudo and the smoked candy salmon. The scallops crudo was the standout! fresh with an interesting Thai-inspired seafood flavor combination that worked really well. The smoked candy salmon arrived with a dramatic smoke presentation, which added a fun and fancy touch.

For the hot tapas, the octopus was excellent and pleasantly tender, not chewy like it can sometimes be at other places. The patatas bravas, served as layered potatoes, were a unique and enjoyable twist on the classic dish. I wasn’t a big fan of the trinxat croquettas however.

For pasta, I would probably skip the rigatoni cacio e pepe next time since it was fairly mediocre compared to the other dishes.

Service was also wonderful our server was kind and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Overall, a great spot for creative small plates, live entertainment, and a night out for either a date night or even a fun girls’ night out.

Five stars all around. Melih (spelling may be off, sorry) was the best. We would go back just to be at his table again.

The chefs tasting menu was phenomenal and an experience from dish to dish that you have to explore and experience. The cocktails were also a delicious experience. I cannot recommend this location more.

If you like potatoes- go here immediately!

Fantastic ambience with a fashionable crowd. The food needs a LOT of work, with the exception of desserts, which were scrumptious. I originally would have put this at 4 stars because of the food, but the service bumped it back to 5. I’m gutted I didn’t get our server’s name (he’s a Fogo and Ascend alum), but he made our evening so wonderful with his attentiveness and anecdotes.

The service was really good. Although our main meals were delayed coming out, the wait was worth it. The food was delicious and we loved everything we ordered.

The ambience was serene and cozy. I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience here and will be back.

We had a wonderful experience at La Loba while celebrating a friend’s birthday. We chose the tasting menu and every course was exceptional, with balanced flavors, thoughtful ingredients, and dishes that felt both comforting and elevated. The cocktails were also fantastic, and the food and drink recommendations were completely on point.

The service from Teresa made the evening even better. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, offering helpful guidance and checking in just the right amount.

Food and service were great! We ordered some cold and hot tapas and finished the night with our main dish. We really enjoyed the atmosphere. It’s a perfect spot for a date night or girls night. The staff were really kind and made us feel comfortable at arrival. We will definitely come back.

La Loba is such a hidden gem, nestled in the heart of Seattle. The vibe hits right away dim, cozy, and stylish. It’s the kind of place that feels perfect for a date night or a chill birthday dinner with friends.

The food was fun and good across the board. Everything came out looking great but some tasting a bit of a miss because the bold flavor pairings were not working well together.

Great menu of wines and cocktail drinks. However drinks spoke more on paper than when we got them. Service was friendly and attentive without hovering, which made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Overall, La Loba is just a great new spot when you want good food, great service, and a nice atmosphere without trying too hard.

A wonderful dining experience from start to finish. The space is filled with lush indoor plants and stylish décor, creating an instantly welcoming atmosphere. Live jazz music added a lovely, cozy energy. The Spanish tapas and shareable plates were flavorful and well-executed. Service was friendly throughout, even though there were a few minor errors with our food and check. The immersive food and drink presentations made the evening feel special and unique.

I have gone twice in the last week to give perspective. GREAT FOOD. Definitely out of the norm and they will present normal tapas dishes in new gear tasting ways. My personal hands down favorite was the octopus. INCREDIBLE. Croquetas are a must, carpaccio was very interesting, different but a great take. Scallops were good but not my personal favorite but very tender. The most boring of the bunch were both of the bread dishes. Pan con tomatoes and the jamoncillo plates were dead boring, wouldn’t recommend.

La Loba was definitely an experience to remember. We opted for the vegetarian tasting menu – something quite rare to find in the Seattle area – and it turned out to be a delightful culinary journey.

The meal began with gazpacho shots that initially left a slightly odd aftertaste but slowly grew on the palate. Next came the zucchini, bell pepper, and avocado tartar – strong in flavor and perhaps not my favorite at first, yet it evolved pleasantly with each bite.

From there, the courses transitioned beautifully. The mushroom ajillo, sprouted cauliflower, and pesto rigatoni were all comforting and balanced, with subtle flavors that contrasted nicely with the bold start.

The dessert – strawberry granita with popcorn mousse – was the highlight of the night. It’s a daring, unique combination that absolutely works. I loved it.

We also ordered the eggplant parmigiana, which was far from the typical version you find elsewhere. Wonderfully crafted, creamy, tomatoey, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious, every bite was a pleasure.

Would I recommend it? Absolutely, especially at around $80 for an eight-course meal, it’s an incredible value for such a refined dining experience. The ambiance is chic and upscale, making it perfect for a special evening out.
