Food was great! Good for the price $14 for a tostada ceviche de pescado y Camaron (fish and shrimp). Very well served worth the $14. It comes with 5 tostadas, lime, salsa and they threw in some chips. Taste is fresh and light. Service was fast I only have an hour for lunch I pre ordered online in and out less than 1 min to pick up. Environment was decent but I was in the lobby waiting, not noisy or anything, music at a good volume. Location is great plenty of parking. Family friendly and a good place for date night as well.

I was really hoping to like La Laguna, especially because this location is so conveniently located for me. Unfortunately I was disappointed to say the least. I wish I would have checked Yelp before going. Seeing their rating, after the fact, I’m not surprised that they’re rated so low. I’m surprised their rating is as high as it is here on Google, though there are a fair share of negative reviews here too.
Staff was cold and unwelcoming when we walked in at about 7pm on a Thursday night. Place was pretty dead. The staff was standing around chit chatting. When our waiter came over, we asked some questions about the menu, before ordering.
Waited forever for the food to come out even though there was only 2 other tables. Orders were wrong when they finally arrived, and did not match what the waiter described at all. Service was poor. A lot of chit chatting among staff at the front end of the restaurant. Staff was poorly trained and likely poorly managed.
Had the sushi which was pretty mediocre. Serving size seemed huge, but then quickly realized the roll was overloaded with rice and skimped on the good stuff (shrimp, crab, avocado, etc…)
Pricing didn’t seem to add up. I won’t be going back.
Ambiance is good. It’s well decorated but the other shortcomings overshadowed the nice ambiance.

The food is always delicious, but the service can be hit or miss—sometimes it’s quick, other times it takes longer than expected. The atmosphere is generally good, though I tend to avoid Thursdays due to the live music, which can get extremely loud for my taste. The volume needs to be dialed down a bit, as it’s too overpowering for the size of the restaurant. Once the music starts, it’s nearly impossible to have a conversation. If you’re there to enjoy the music, it’s the perfect spot, but if you’re looking for a quieter meal and conversation, Thursday evenings may not be the best time to visit.

The place is ok but I wasn’t too impressed. The restaurant itself is well decorated but the loud music doesn’t contribute to the ambience. Staff was very nice and answered all the questions. Food is ok but not wow. It lacked certain freshness and a bit overpriced. I had to return and change a plate cause it was extremely spicy. Not sure how could anyone could eat so spicy.
Again, not a bad place but not a 5 star either. Staff gets all the stars.

I went with a large group (12) and the service was still great. Plenty of staff on hand to assist in every way. The food was pretty good. It is a bit pricey at 17 to 19 dollars for most plates. The rice was a little dry, and the sauces were all jammed into a little holder. I am not sure there was even any vinegar or eel sauce, but there were plenty of hot sauce. Total bill was 25 for my plate and an iced tea.

Second time here and absolutely LOVE this place. I’m still learning Spanish and the staff was very accommodating to helping me speak correctly. Very comforting. The food and drinks are authentic and delicious! The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Cheap, frozen seafood with bland and overpriced ceviche. The rib-eye had too too much fat and was very tough to chew.

Very bad service. We ordered through the drive through and waiting over 45 minutes and we got nothing. I went in to check on it and they were all sitting down not doing stuff. We went in wanting a refund and the manager didn’t even give us a full refund and at that point our food still wasn’t ready. Yall suck.

Great atmosphere, great service and food was delicious. Prices are decent for the portions. Micheladas are real good and come with seafood snacks. Beers are $4. Definitely coming back soon. I went early around 3 and it was family friendly and friendly staff.
