I loved the eclectic ambiance of La Josie’s. The Horchata cocktail was delicious as was the guacamole. The taquitos weren’t my favorite but everything else made up for it!

Love the happy hour! The quality of food is great and priced well. Most dishes are easily shareable and the cocktails are delicious! This is my new go-to spot for a well-made margarita.
On top of a daily happy hour they also they have daily deals written on the wall. The service is always great and overall Josie’s has become a new frequently visited spot for myself and friends.

We picked up La Josie’s to try for takeout and overall had an ok experience. Service was quick and everything was ready when I showed up which was great. Unfortunately I’d say the food was average at best and the portion sizes were just too small for the prices. Likely won’t come back.

Went during happy hour and had a couple of margaritas as well as some food from the happy hour menu. Had great service from the bartender and the overall esthetic is amazing. Great art work around the bar and nice little touches.

I have been walking by this place, and I have been wanting to walk in and try it out. Sadly I was always on my way to work or something. Today was the day, I am glad I walked in. I ordered the street tacos with chips and pico de gallo. I liked the chips they were the right amount of salty. The pico de gallo was savory and flavorful, tho a little dry. The tacos were great, the lengua was abundant, I had to scoop the excess with the chips. I am a green salsa guy but the red salsa was very tasty. I liked that the radish was freshly cut, I hate it when they pre-cut it and when you get it it is all dried out. I hope to make another visit again soon.

The queso dip is amazing, the margs are good, and the tostada’s were tasty. This is a great place to come for some happy hour drinks and some quick, satisfying food. This is one of those places that falls strongly in a 4.5 star category: everything was good, some things were excellent.

This is my second time at this place and I really love it. I took pork tacos and mango habanero wings. They were pretty good and would recommend the wings if u like spicy food. The staff is super friendly and I plan to try the chimichanga the next time I am there. I am not sure if the heating system was not working or is not there, but it was super cold inside. Otherwise a great experience.

I love this place. I don’t come every week, but they still remember me. Everyone who works here is so welcoming. The environment is very comfortable.

They have::

Deviled shrimp (Camarones a la diabla)-this dish is so good. I am a fan of spice, that said, please give it a chance before adding anything . A good heat

Their ceviche is a great portion forr one person.

I usually get their mezcal old fashioned which is now my go to cocktail.

They are dog friendly and have an outdoor area.

The lighting is great for a date night. Great atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend

The food and drinks were amazing! As a Latina, I was a little skeptical about this place being authentic. But it was honestly the best Mexican food in Seattle! I had a mango chamoy margarita and a spiked horchata! I definitely plan on making this a regular stop in Seattle!

Why this place wasn’t packed and with a wait on a temperate Sunday afternoon is beyond me.
The food is very well priced, the service is friendly and on point, the atmosphere was fun, just a great time. I ordered the chips and queso which was great, as well as the pastor tacos. I expected them to be street taco size but was happy to see they were a bit larger, and piled. Our server checked in several times and when my beer was empty the bartender noticed and came over to see if I’d like another, as the server was taking an order a table over.
Covid still has sitting at the bar shut down so seating is light but we walked right in.
