Food was good. Guacamole had too much lime. We had a language barrier with our waitess. We had to ask for silverware. She served me carne asada with no steak knife. I call this a once and done. We had to wave her back too many times. Other restaurants have seafood choices and better service.

Came in tonight when I was having problems with my truck and ordered some food while waiting for help to arrive.

Their food is really tasty, I had their steak tacos and a sample of their ceviche! I would definitely recommend here to anyone looking for an authentic taste of Nayarit!

Thanks for having me guys

I am not a big seafood fan, but the restaurant is right across from my hotel, so I thought I’d give it a try. I’m glad I did. I had never tried ceviche before and I was pleasantly surprised when I found the dish here to be very tasty. The salsas, both the red selection, which my waitress warned me about, and the green salsa were quite hot, but good, served with perfectly round, small fried corn tortillas for chips. The crown to the meal was the camarones al Cacahuate (peanut shrimp.) It is absolutely fantastic! I suspect they haven’t been open long, as when I asked about desserts, my waitress told me they haven’t added desserts, yet. If you find yourself anywhere near Janesville do everything you can to give this place a try.

Amazing food and super cute decor inside! The empanadas were delicious and the seafood was well cooked. Staff was awesome and friendly and took great care of us. Drinks were tasty and portion sizes were huge. Definitely will be coming back and bringing some friends along!!

While the food was awesome and tasty and the prices reasonable, the service was terrible. Our server was impolite and never once returned after taking our order. The friendly non-English speaking kitchen helper who delivered our food noticed we were out of water and brought us a pitcher. Even when we wanted to pay our check, we had to walk around the restaurant to find our server and get the bill. When we first walked inside, the music was so lout we couldn’t even hear the server speak. We asked her to turn it down and she had it turned down just a little. It was still too loud to hear each other talking across our booth so we had to ask again. This time the music was turned down enough to hear each other but the TV was turned on, blasting loudly. Bottom line, I loved the food and felt the prices were fair but the ambience and service were terrible.

Solid authentic Mexican seafood restaurant. This is not your standard run-of-the-mill fare either. Coming in from the twin cities on my way to my hometown of Chicago, I stopped by and was pleasantly surprised by the distinct family-style flavors here. I ordered the labgostinos dish and shrimp ceviche. Both were more than enough for me and possible another person if I had company. Solid. 🙂

Only had beverages and chips. The Pico de galore is not real spicy but fresh and delicious!

A seafood restaurant that uses lesser quality seafood. My garlic shrimp were small and not de-veined but tasted good. Husbands seafood soup was tasty but fish was full of bones and shrimp/crab overcooked. Ceviche is delicious. Menu is mostly Spanish. Service is subpar. Never checked on us and husband waited awhile to get a spoon for his soup since waiter had disappeared.
