Go here! Do yourself a favor beforehand and watch a video or two about how hotpot works. They are very helpful, but you might want to get an idea of things and what flavors go together, as well as cook times (the chicken is very thin and you don’t need to cook it very long or it can get dry).
They also have a sign near the sauce station with suggested recipes so if you’re inexperienced try one of those! You need a sauce! The broths are flavorful but lack salt because it’s expected you will be adding your own with soy sauce, hoisin, or even straight up salt.
Very affordable for a TON of food, plus a free fruit/snack bar including three flavors of ice cream.
Also note the hot and spicy with butter base has peppercorns that numb your mouth a bit. It’s normal, fun, and delicious.
If you do BBQ you’re required to order enough for two people (it’s a whole setup they have to do). Haven’t tried that yet but the table next to us got it and it looked delicious.
Servers were sweet and helpful and the hostess was amazing and made us feel super welcome.
The wait time is not super long once you order.
Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back and keep experimenting!

Had a wonderful experience at their grand opening! Food was delicious. We left with our tummies full and our taste buds more than satisfied. Will definitely be back for more! & they offer leftover containers which most hot pot and Korean bbq I’ve been to do not offer. (:

We walked in today at 1, restaurant was empty and hostess said wait was long cause she was busy.. couldn’t even sit us.. we walked out never even tried food.. good LUCK HOT POT, u will need it.

Never in my wildest dreams did I think a hot pot restaurant would come to Las Cruces. This place was awesome! Amazing/delicious selection and friendly staff. 5/5 stars!!

For an opening day morning shift the staff did quite well, and were able to keep up with the high volume of customers while only having 3 to 4 FOH employees. The atmosphere was fantastic and reminded me of a local Korean BBQ place that I have had in Songton South Korea in 2022. The food was fantastic such as the marinated pork belly but some needed more work such as the schezuan beef. It needed another few hours to marinate however I was able to tell they use real shezuan pepper corns. Another thing to work on is making sure each table has oil and a salt and pepper mixture for cooking and dunking. Overall it was a fantastic experience with my fiancee and newborn daughter and would highly recommend it to all patrons whether or not they have tried Korean BBQ. I will be back hungry for more.

My husband and I had been looking forward to this restaurant’s opening for months. We love hotpot and were genuinely excited to finally have this option in Las Cruces. Unfortunately, we never got the chance to try the food.
After being seated, we were completely overlooked. Three parties who arrived after us were attended to before we were. When we flagged down the host who had seated us to ask about a server, he left again without any word or explanation, and we continued waiting without assistance.
It was a disappointing and frustrating experience, especially after anticipating this opening for so long. We hope the service improves, as we were truly excited to support this new spot.

I was really excited to try this new hotspot restaurant, but my experience was honestly disappointing. As soon as I walked in, no one greeted me. The staff saw me standing there, but completely ignored me. I waited for 30 minutes without anyone saying hello, offering help, or even making eye contact and it felt very unprofessional and honestly disrespectful
