I’ve been looking for a good Mexican restaurant in the Northland with very little luck. Who knew that I’d find this amazing place off the beaten path in Kansas! We were out by Legends and decided to look for a place to eat. Its high star rating immediately drew me to it. The restaurant is clean and the food is outstanding. Some of the best I’ve had in KC. If the sheriffs are gathered there to eat, you know it’s got some good food! Definitely will be out there again when in the area!

11/12025 Taco Tuesday I love their tacos. Even though they are not making money when I go on Taco Tuesday they always give service like I ordered the most expensive dish. Their chips and fresh salsa are delicious. I brought the chips home, warmed them in the microwave 15 seconds and they were like I was in the restaurant ♥️
8/9/2025 Stopped in for Beef Street Tacos for my daughter and me. She loved them as much as I do. Still one of my favorite dishes. I forgot to get photos before they were gone.
5/31/2025 I had Enchiladas Supreme. Very good, Bean, Cheese, Chicken and Beef, one of each. People are friendly, my friend and I came at 3:30. No crowd yet. She had Chicken Fajitas which looked amazing.
2/11/2025 Came today for the Tacos, Taco Tuesday. I love the ground beef, the seasoning is light, not overly spicy. I hope they will be here a very long time. Very nice, friendly people. Family owned. If you haven’t eaten here please go!!

Today September 14, 2024 my friends and I had Chicken Taco salad, Beef Taco salad, Street Tacos, Cheese Quesadilla, all were excellent!!! None of us could eat all of our food. I took Muendo as a carry out for another friend. She was so happy to get it. I asked her later how she liked it. She said, “Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!” Our server was quick and we are planning another trip very soon ❤️❤️ Sorry I didn’t get photos.
Friendly server, quick service. My Street Tacos were good and had plenty of cilantro on top. I love cilantro. Will go again soon

This is a hidden gem! We were introduced to this place by the Kansas City Taco Trail program and it did not disappoint. The margarita was great the salsa is fresh with great balance and the cheese dip was a decent touch. My wife and I split the Plato La Herradura with the mixed(all) meats. We are trying to watch our portion sizes especially out to eat and it was definitely enough to fill us both up! The meat was cooked perfectly and the veggies were definitely fresh. The peppers and onions were so sweet. We will definitely be going back to this place!

I had the five street tacos. Highly impressed with the fresh, tasty corn tortillas, tender meats, lots of cilantro, and onion. Might be the best tacos I’ve had in KC. Great presentation and the lines were juicy and ripe. I’ll make sure to come back soon.

We love this place and travel a bit too far to get here, because it’s worth it. Family-run business and they do a great job all around, food and service. Wife loves that everything has good flavor and she can eat healthy (shrimp and veggies). The burrito is exactly what a burrito should be. Don’t miss their house hot sauce if you’re a fan of a good earthy kick.
