We had lunch today with my son! Honestly, the food was very delicious! Definitely, we want to repeat the experience. This place is a hidden gem. You can’t find authentic Mexican food in lehigh Valley. But this place is really good.

Very good authentic Mexican food. I had the enchilada. It was very good but it doesn’t come with rice and beans so I had to order a side and it was expensive. $6 rice and $6 beans. It added $12 to my meal. Rice and beans is usually part of an enchilada meal.

I will start by saying that everything was absolutely FRESH & FLAVORFUL, I’ve had lots of bland Mexican food but this place is truly authentic. my partner and I had combination platters that came with decent sized portions, meat was tender, rice and beans were cooked perfectly. The homemade tortilla chips were delicious with the red salsa that had just the right amount of spice, the verde was good too and not too thick.
I’m so grateful to have found this place, I will only come here from now on for Mexican food.

Update: June 2024. Got take out to go, it was very good! However, need to say, two burritos and two cans of Diet Coke shouldn’t cost ~$50!

Very tasty Mexican place. We got takeout because of COVID-19, but interior was cozy and clean. Tacos were very good. Want to come back for taco Tuesdays. I’ll be supporting this local business when I’m around.

Best and most authentic mexican food I had during my time here in Bethlehem. Service is incredible, good prices, and the taste and presentation is always on point.
If you’re looking for a taste of México, you wont find a better place.

EDITED! To reflect our second Taco Tuesday! Food is always AMAZING. Seriously the best tacos in the valley, easily. Authentic, double tortilla, real flavor, onion, cilantro.. the REAL DEAL!! The guacamole was also amazing and the chips were a perfect crisp! Thank you for a wonderful evening, we will be back! ❤️ ❤️

I am so upset that I am now discovering this establishment. The food here is AMAZING! I ordered the bistec gorditas and everything tasted so organic and delicious! There is 100% something to be accounted for when you see the small little hidden places. Ordering extra food to take home because it’s just to good not too!

Good food, we are Mexican and we know how Mexican food tastes so this is authentic. The salsa is really good. The only 2 things i didn’t like it is that the charge for the chips and salsa that should be complementary and it took a little bit to get our plates…but not big deal, I really recomend this place.

I loved the food here, but sadly they closed down due to being understaffed and mismanagement

RESPONSE TO OWNER:
That’s odd… Every time we tried to dine at the restaurant we were told that there is no staff/employees. We went to the restaurant last night during your “business hours” and y’all were closed. We came by a couple weeks ago around your “business hours” and y’all were closed. So, if y’all always closed during business hours, then when are y’all open? Please update your hours. It’s extremely confusing, we thought y’all closed down. Thank you.

This is a quiet little gem of a restaurant for anyone who enjoys authentic Mexican food. I must admit that I was a little put off at first when my enchilada was served open-faced rather than being rolled as is the norm back home in Texas. The flavor, however was out of this world; spicy without being overbearing. . This is my Mexican restaurant of choice. Two points to note: first, La Herencia El Camacho is byob so bring along your favorite wine, if you want. Second, try to avoid getting the table right in front of the air conditioner if at all possible.
