The food- So delicious I traveled from Provo to try this place out and it did not disappoint one bit. I got the combination fajita plate on recommendation from my server. Came out sizzling and truly cooked to perfection. Chips were delicious and seasoned well too. Portions combined with quality and service make La Hacienda a true 5-star restaurant.

The place was clean and the waitress was nice. She wasn’t at my table harassing which was pleasant. The menu is large. I had a quesadilla con carne asada made from corn masa from scratch. I accompanied friends here 2/14/2026. We were seated and the waitress took our drink orders and our IDs and disappeared for over a half hour. The waitress who took our IDs never returned to our table. Two other tables were seated after we were seated and were being served their plates before our drinks were served or our IDs were returned. We wanted to walk out, but they were holding our IDs from us. When my friend requested the return of our IDs, a different waitress finally brought out IDs and the drinks. Out of 6 drink orders, 4 of them were incorrect. When my friend finally requested a conversation with the manager, the manager refused to come out because he was busy rolling napkins and silverware. The manager made the young lady making a waitress wage handle the conflict with a table by herself rather than doing the job he is paid to do. The waitress was gracious and wanted to be helpful to fix her coworkers’ bad service, but she had no authority to resolve our issue with the negligent service and being charged for drinks we didn’t order. And the manager, who should have been on the floor managing, refused to leave the kitchen. The owners of this place need to be paying a manager that is willing to manage a restaurant rather than paying a manager to work as a kitchen hand while the waitresses handle the managing. Your dining room needs a centralized authority paying attention to ensure all tables are being served, rather than several waitresses who are all assuming someone else is helping the table in the front. And when a customer gives up on the bad service, the customer should be speaking with a person who has the authority to fix what the unmanaged wait staff screwed up. Your restaurant is lacking in leadership, and it was very apparent to me as a first time customer. The owner needs to fix the management problem before your lack of leadership becomes your reputation.

My boyfriend and I were looking for some amazing food when we came across this place. OMG it’s so so good. We were totally surprised and shocked by how much food you get. The atmosphere is good and calming of an environment. The service was great and wonderful. And the food is so damn good and very flavorful omg please check this restaurant out. La Hacienda serves up fantastic Mexican food with speed and great value! We tried the chicken enchiladas and a smothered burrito with rice and beans, and everything was delicious. The flavors were spot-on, and the portions were satisfying without breaking the bank. Perfect for a quick, tasty meal!

Food was good which is why I returned. However, at this visit I was overcharged for an item I ordered. They also tried to charge the person I was with for someone else’s items. Luckily she asked to see an itemized receipt and caught it. Staff was argumentative and did not try to promote a pleasant experience. I will not return again.
