Friendly staff. Food was ok! Meat was pretty bland for Mexican food. Stated it came with sour cream. I saw none. I asked for some and a dollup was extra. No refills on fountain soda. Chips and salsa was a little watery. His enchilada was empty.

This place is great. We have been going for years and the food never disappoints. The service is quick and excellent. I lost my wallet last time and they did everything to help me find it. They even let me watch the security films (at their request) to help me figure out if I dropped it outside or it made it in or what. The staff could have just shrugged but they went above and beyond.

We always are served an excellent meal here!! Plus, the margaritas are so so good- The classic is great and so is the frozen Piña Colada one as well. Many flavors to choose from. And they have such Friendly staff:) Lunch options available as well until 3 p.m. Wonderful fresh food!

I’ve been going to LA Hacienda for years now and have always had a good experience. The service is always really good and the food has been consistently good for as long as I’ve been a patron. I know exactly what I’m getting with every visit and that’s important to me. Easy recommendation.

Let me preface this by saying that I personally work and manage servers in food service, I understand when it gets busy and how stressful it can be… but this was absolutely unacceptable for the time of day and for the fact there wasn’t more than 3 other tables aside from us. I don’t usually ever leave less than 3 stars anywhere I go, but the service provided wasn’t great at all. Waitress didn’t really care to come check on us more than twice in the hour and a half I was there at 3pm. I wasn’t able to order anything but a drink because she never came back after giving me the drink and by that time, I didn’t even want anything anymore. She seemed to be bothered by me even asking for a refill after that… definitely didn’t want to do something crazy and order food at that point. Had to flag her down for the check, then she didn’t come back for another 15 minutes until it took my mom flagging a different person down to finally get the check from the original waitress. The tea, chips and salsa were good, though. Maybe I’ll give it another try at a different time if day in hopes I can have a better experience.

The food was delicious, the portion was massive and let me tell you that piña colada was crazy big and good. Definitely worth the drive. The service was phenomenol and our waitress was friendly, professional and always showed up just in time. We only spent about 50.00
