Service was alright.
Parking lot was a little rough.
Inside the restaurant was fairly clean, very warm and a little dark.
Perfect for a breakfast after a night out on the town!
Food was fine, nothing to write home about, but it has flavor, which is a welcome change from the usual experience.
The young lady waiting on us was just attentive enough but not overbearing.
Service was a little slow, but not bad.
Salsa tasted like canned tomato with some veggies tossed in. No kick.
Coffee was fine.
Overall experience, not bad!
If these guys set up in lampasas or copperas cove, TX.
They would put the other restaurants out of business!
Now, the prices. in 2026.
EXTREMELY reasonable.
Definitely recommend if you just need a quick bite for a longer trip.
Spent $20 and some change for two people and it was plenty of food.
Will definitely be coming back if I pass through again!

The food was great I got the number 40 with no guacamole, the service was average we didn’t really need much anyway mainly minding our own business and discussion. I like the booth style and decor and was comfy although not alot of room luckily no sat behind us because even though I’m average build I did have to scoot it, given it’s not a big restaurant limited room. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing too, felt at home. The price for 2 ran a little over 40 bucks so a bit on the pricey side but worth it.

I placed the order by telephone and had my husband pick it up because I had a class. The salsa tasted like tomato sauce from a can. No kick at all! The queso had a strange flavor I could not identify. The chimichanga was ok but I’ve had much better. The tea was watered down. Probably won’t do that again.

This is a nice little family restaurant. The interior is clean and tastefully decorated with comfortable booths and unique artwork. Though it was busy, there were plenty of available seats. Our orders were taken promptly, and the food served with almost no wait. I had the enchiladas verde with well-seasoned rice and beans. Their refried beans are made with a special red pepper paste made in-house. Everything tasted great, and the staff are polite and friendly.

I’m not from this town, I was just working in the area and happened to be driving by when I spotted La Hacienda. It’s definitely a hole in the-wall kind of spot, but those are always the best and this one is truly amazing! The food is super authentic and packed with flavor thanks to Chef Chewy. Our waitress Lupe was so kind, attentive, and really made me feel welcome. If you’re looking for a genuine, authentic meal with great service, this is the place. Hidden gem for sure! Ohhh And they got good ice tea

I came to the drive through which is a large screen so I thought it was shut down, I park in their tiny parking lot with my car noticing trucks have difficulties fitting in the spaces. I ordered a beef fajita burrito for the cash price of 5.95, unsure of the credit/debit price which seemed a little high to me. I get the burrito to go after about 20 minutes of waiting and it’s skinny, double wrapped in foil. When I bite into the burrito it tastes a little funny, meat is dry. I look and half the meat is burned, the beans they spoke of were only in the bottom inch of the burrito. The tortilla was very flaky as well, seems like they have some quality issues in the kitchen. For the price there are much better options out there, and I’ve had better food at McDonald’s sadly, I’m disappointed in myself for trying them instead of El Tapatio or Rodeo. The reason I don’t give a 1 is because it was not good but still edible and the burrito was wrapped nice and tight.

Would not recommend to anyone that has been to an authentic Mexican restaurant. My group of 4 ppl ordered food and were all disappointed. Meat was over cooked burnt/chewing on rubber. They were very stingy with rice portions and pico and guacamole. I feel robbed and did not enjoy the food
