Finally came as the wife and I have been wanting to try for a while. We came in and tried three different dishes. The molcajete salteada and we had 2 sushi rolls. The hacienda roll and quesito roll along with 2 aguas frescas (limon and horchata). I’ll start with the good. The aguas frescas we’re delicious and very refreshing. The molcajete salteada was impressive, filling, and tasty. Now the downside. The rolls had a crust that was a little too hard but were otherwise tasty. They came with a creamy green dipping sauce that tasted good. The rice that came with the molcajete dish had a weird taste and smell, as if it was old and not washed. Really didn’t enjoy it to be honest. They seemed understaffed so we didn’t complain about it. The last part being the service. The server was very nice but forgot what we asked for four times. Twice being tortillas and another 2 times being when we asked for water. No major gripes about anything but I can’t see myself really wanting to come back. Maybe after some time to try again.

I was very disappointed by the rapid decline of this restaurant. I was here a 3 months ago and the differences were extreme. The waitress was far less enthusiastic about her job than the last few times we had been. The chips and salsa was also a big letdown. The salsa was really bad. It tasted like tomato paste and tapatio with literally to small pieces of onion. When I asked for a green salsa the lady said they only had the one for the chips. How does a Mexican restaurant located by a grocery store run out of ingredients for salsa? the burrito was lacking considering it was 10$ i believe it was primarily meat and cheese. Little to No rice beans or veggies. This wouldn’t be a problem if the meat they used wasn’t of such poor quality and greasy. The garnishments looked like they took a basic salad kit from my moms fridge. You know the one with little slices of onions and carrots. All told I spent 22 dollars on to burritos that were not up to standards.

The restaurant is very welcoming, our waiter was very friendly and the food was very delicious. We ordered the Hacienda Roll (very yummy), the Marisco Molcajete (enough for 2 or 3 people also very yummy, loved the seasoning), the Shrimp taco (one was enough for me, the shrimp is breaded and deep fried, taco was topped with veggies and yummy salsa). Will definitely go back to try other things on the menu.

False Advertising. Paid $54 for 2 sushi rolls.
On Wednesday’s they offer a B1G1 Free for sushi rolls and I confirmed while on two different calls with them. We placed an order for four rolls (C.M.T, Guamuchilito, Pop roll, and bandido). We were told we would be charged for the Bandido roll $17.99 and C.M.T $14.99. My husband got off and got our food and when returned told me they had charged $53.57. I then called to ask if that was right and we did the math (17.99+14.99+$4(or so) (taxes)) that meant our total was supposed to be around $36-38. They told us sorry and that we can return to get our approximately $17 dollars back. When my husband went back they told him never mind that they did a different math and that it was right. They charged us for two rolls and half of each extra rolls. He just left as it was pointless.
All in all, they had told us to return to give us our money back as they had charged us more and ended up saying no. Waste of money and gas. Included is the receipt but it’s just the total cost as my husband paid with card. They also messed up on the order.

I’m from down south and my family and I stopped by on our way home. They did not have any sushi available. I had ordered enchiladas de camarón en crema, cóctel de camarón, enchiladas verdes y aguachiles. The waitress came back to tell me they didn’t have the crema for my enchiladas. So I went with a cóctel de camarón. As I was opening up my napkin and noticed the fork was dirty. I called the waitress over to get it replaced. Waitress brought out 1 cóctel first then my daughters enchiladas verdes. While my niece and I waited for our food. As my daughter was eating her enchiladas verdes we found a dead bug in her food. I had to cancel the rest of the food and walked out. When we were walking the cook was yelling at the waitress telling her it was the meat not a bug/roach. I have posted the pictures as well.

There was a hair in my rice! A short black hair! I told them n they brought me a new plate…food was good after that, a bit pricey compared to other places that don’t serve hair. Lol..they didn’t even offer to comp us for anything! In my experience, that was kind of rude. And then, the cooks still didn’t put on masks or even face hair nets over their beards. Not impressed. Gave a 2 cuz the hacienda roll was fresh n crisp.
