So glad La Hacienda has finally opened in downtown Dover! We’ve been waiting for it for several months. Had dinner tonight and it didn’t disappoint! The service was excellent and all the staff were welcoming and helpful. The food was excellent and the portions were large. We each had enough leftover for a meal or two. My husband had the chicken fajitas with the side salad and it was delicious. I had the beef chimichanga and it was delicious as well. The chips and queso were perfect as was the salsa. All in all it was a home run! Welcome to the neighborhood! We look forward to many satisfying meals ahead!

Fantastico! This place has the best margaritas I’ve had in a looong time!!! The customer service is great and the food is bomb!!! Real authentic Mexican flavor! Melaney was the best bartender! She made me feel comfy and poured drinks like a superstar! As a visitor from NYC I’ll be back every time!!!!!

Everything was over cooked and had 0 flavor. Enchiladas are a mushy unseasoned mess, pozole had to have been cooked for 6 days and 7 nights, the sopa had less flavor than their stale chips, and the rice turns to mush the second you put it in your mouth. 40 dollars straight to the garbage.

Wow! We came in from the rain into a bright open welcoming restaurant. Beautiful original art on the walls, an open welcoming dining & bar area. Our server was attentive without hovering. She answered our questions on the menu and we have wonderfully delicious dinners. The pineapple fajitas were soooo delicious and sizzling. The enchiladas were excellent.

We went for lunch and it was excellent. The food came quickly and was delicious. We ordered the Dip Sampler and all 5 dips were excellent. I ordered the Enchiladas, 2 cheese and 1 chicken, they were delicious and the red sauce was perfect, not overpowering. We’ll be back!

If I can give a negative I would. What a terrible experience like no other before. The server was new and needed for us to repeat the order at Least 6 times. Trainer was no better. To top it off was the manager Pixto. What a joke. This man could not spell customer service. I’m a physician and me and my wife we’re on a dinner night out. We ordered the same dish and the manager came out rude, obnoxious lowest of the lows ever experienced. He harassed us by yelling at us accusing us on not ordering two separate meals which made no sense. My wife stated to him that he was making her very uncomfortable on 3 occasions but he continued to bash us and in a very aggressive manner. I was in such shock that this was happening I politely just asked him to bring us out food and I asked him not to please mess with our food considering he was so angry. He came in slammed dishes on our table cleared our plates and kicked us out of the restaurant stating he had the right to refuse service to us. He was ignorant, unprofessional, rude, obnoxious and strictly disturbing showing my wife out of the way by the door and slamming the door on us. I attempted to speak to this poorly mannered individual but he was even more rude. I was so upset I called the location at the base explaining the situation and asking for the owner to call me because no business owner should ever have someone like him work for them. Unfortunately no call took place. Man was severely racist it seems against interracial couples and again Ukrainian Americans. Please don’t go here they have no respect for people or know how to treat them. Purely a trash establishment

To start my wife and I have been too this restaurant and have have great service, I am also a HR Supervisor so I do know a lil about customer service. My wife and I ordered our food to go, after sitting for an half hour one of the 6 or 7 of the people who just finished playing with the sweeper to seeing how small the handle was sat down without washing their hands, started conversating and laughing while wrapping the silverware asked the person who was sweeping, mopping, and emptying the trash can they check on our food. We were first told our ticket didn’t make it back to get, then after some conversation and after we asked for a refund we were told our food was ready but we just took the refund and left. I will not visit this restaurant during dinner hours until they improve on the customer service.

Tiffany was our server and she was amazing ! she was extremely friendly and very welcoming. The food is delicious and the alcoholic beverages are nice and strong! Management did an amazing job with jumping in when needed and they were very friendly and professional. My wife and I will definitely be back!!!!
