A very casual place great food! Stopped in for lunch and it was a treat. Try the queso with ground beef! Also got tacos and quesadillas. All yummy! Plenty of free parking and lots of seating. Keep up the great work La Hacienda!

First time trying this place Sunday at 10am
Ordered menudo, 1 taco barbacoa, 1 taco fajita, 1 extra side of tortillas, in sweet tea $28 total
Service was good 5 stars
Atmosphere bland 2 tvs on news .. maybe have a little music play in the background to wake up the place, restroom are very clean, tables need to be wipe down a little better.
Food
menudo was way to spicy but flavor was on point 3.5 stars also no patitas (ham hogs)
Barbacoa 4 stars very good flavor and was not greasy but the flour tortilla is not for it
Fajita taco 2 stars was burnt dry and tough and needs better flavor
Can’t stress enough those flour tortillas are horrible 0 stars $3.50 a taco should justify a homemade flour or a better flour tortilla
All in all I’ll still come back and try some more stuff pretty decent for a small town Mexican restaurant!

We go here every time we visit our grandmother. The food is good as well as the service. I’d recommend trying the fajitas! Portions are very large so easy to split.

Just moved into town and was sad I was leaving all my restaurants in the city, but this place made me happy.
The food is great and the service is awesome. Everyone is super sweet and it an all around good vibe.
I have not tried their margaritas just yet but that is definitely on this list because they look so good and a good size!

Some people complain about the food after they eat it all but when it’s time to pay its always something wrong with the food. I over heard a lady complain about the food but her plate was wiped clean. Please let’s be real if you don’t like your food let someone that works there know before not after you eat the food. Thanks by the way love the food here at the hacienda.

Food is great. Overpriced drive to Waxahachie if you have time. The atmosphere is strange, very very quite NO MEXICAN MUSIC. First mexican restaurant I’ve been where there is no music playing.
