I was a little apprehensive because there’s literally another La hacienda down the street but decided to try this anyways. I was impressed with not only the new location, the food, the service was phenomenal. The best service I have had in a long time! The server made sure we had plenty of salsa, limes and lemons and was very attentive to anything else we requested. The fiesta tilapia is so yummy with a huge portion of veggies and rice. They have the best el yucateca sauce already on the table ️ will definitely be choosing this place over any other Mexican on the east side.

I was sick last night and my father picked up food I ordered. He related to me that the staff didn’t seem interested in assisting him. They couldn’t find my order that I had made and paid for online and he had to call me so I could reorder. He had to wait for the food to be prepared. I ordered a supreme nacho and I ordered chicken soup (which I normally love). The nachos were nothing to write home about and the soup which I went to eat tonight(an evening later) was sour smelling and tasting. I’ve never experienced this from any other La Hacienda and I am disappointed. My father felt to that the staff was not excited about serving someone black. I’ll stick to Lawton Loop, Geist, or Binford next time!

Great new casual Mexican restaurant on Pendleton Pike. Simple atmosphere, but great food and service. The margaritas were delicious, and the burrito I ordered (Tamales Burrito) was enormous! Worth a stop if you are nearby.

This place is super clean. Wheelchair accessible inside and outside. We got lots of different types of tamales. Our food was delicious! Host and waitress were very nice and took great care of us.

I actually like the food here!!! BUT I nicely tried to tell the guy at the front that their queso always taste BURNT! But he wasn’t trying to hear it. They Really Need To Fix That!!!!!! What’s a good Mexican restaurant without its queso!

They have resorted to watering down their queso and salsa to stretch the dollar . While still overcharging for all items. If you try to ask for replacement, the guy at the front argues and over talks. Simply ineffective . He refuses to make the paying customer happy. I will never patronize this location again. I’ve had 6 visits and 5 issues with takeout service. Save yourself. Go to ANY other location but this one in the future. Zero rating
