Delicious Mexican food that tastes home-cooked! I’m not an expert in Mexican food, but this place easily rivaled the stuff I had while in Mexico (and in ways surpassed it). I had a delicious lengua taco, which was somehow both tender/juicy and crispy in the meat. I got the soup which was rich and flavorful, comforting, and well-balanced. And finally, the pork tamale I got was so delicate, well-seasoned, and probably the tastiest tamale I’ve had. The clientele seemed to be mostly Spanish-speaking, which is a huge green flag, and it was a great deal. I will be recommending friends try this place and coming back for more

I been to this place a few times. I truly enjoy the food. The prices are very good. The portion sizes perfect if you’re hungry. Aways fresh and hot. I had breakfast this time and it was amazing traditional style breakfast. I stop in every time I am passing through the area.

Very good Mexican-Central American food – really tasty and affordable with no frills about the place but if you love good food and friendly staff, this is the place for you. My Spanish is not great but the staff can accommodate with a little help – I have never had “loroco” before and the loroco and cheese empanada was delish. Google translate was no help since it literally means “loroco” – a vegetable from Costs Rica. Really tasty! The menu is meat-centric but we found some good fish, veg, and shrimp options. I was told the banana licuados (shake) was outstanding too. We’ll be back!

Last Tuesday we were ordered 3 Majara fita fish fry. Because we love that .But we are very disappointed. It was very overcooked, no feel of fish, almost like charcoal. Nex time make it better. THANK YOU.

I got the steak fajitas. The flavor of the meat was great, but more than half the plate was macaroni salad, which I couldn’t eat (egg intolerance) – NOT MENTIONED ON THE MENU, it said regular salad. I also asked for “no cheese” and they ADDED cheese. I never had macaroni salad with Mexican fajitas before. I felt robbed. Not going back.

I saw only Latinos eating here and figured I would give it a try if they themselves were here. This must be what authentic Mexican is! Best chicken burrito I’ve ever had! Doesn’t look like much from the outside but this place is a hidden gem!
