Stopped there to order take out for visiting a sick friend. Today’s special was beef/veg soup, so while waiting for our takeout, we each had a bowl of soup. It came in a HUGE family size bowl, delicious, loaded with carrots, red spuds, beef and a piece of sweet corn!! Needless to say, neither of us could finish it. My leftovers filled 3/4 of a 1 quart to go container. Not only did we get soup, but Isaac brought us each a plate of rice, a bowl of chips, red salsa, and a bowl of chopped onions and cilantro!!! Isaac’s daughter, about 10, came over to ask if everything was ok.
Our takeout was ready then , so we had to go without trying the margaritas, alas!! All the food was excellent, servings generous!! I strongly recommend this little jewel!! Sorry I don’t have pictures to share. Great place, nice people!

1st time here, won’t be there last! There are lots of reasons it’s 5 stars across the board from everyone, the biggest being the delicious food! Generous portions for the price. I had the shrimp tacos and my husband the chicken tacos meal. Very tasty all around! Highly recommend.

Went in tonight with my mother in law. I ordered the Nina fajitas! (Shrimp, chicken and steak) SO GOOD! The service was quick, the restaurant is family owned so you meet the owner and the kids❤️ and the drinks are awesome! They didn’t have Palomas on there menu, my MIL asked if they had them and they came back with one. Don’t miss out on this gem!

Everything my family ordered was delicious. Freshly prepared, nice portions, and eye watering presentations. Margaritas could be a prefection crafted a little better. 2 for 20, and was expecting a better buzz. Definitely needed more tequila . But, I’ll definitely be back to see if they changed. The family that runs the place were extremely quiet, friendly, and delivered exceptional service throughout the meal. Agree with other posts that this place is a tasteful, unique, 1 of a kind hidden gem for Mexican food. I highly recommend stopping in if your near by… you won’t be disappointed.

the food was served fast and very generous portions temperature of food was great the owners were very kind you gotta try this restaurant its so good!! and affordable! its hidden in the middle of clintons downtown please come try it, they have been slow each time we have gone, wich i dont understand, maybe because the town looks like a ghost town now that so many businesses are gone? just get there even if noone is on the street!
