This has quickly become my husband’s and my favorite local Italian spot! The food is as good as the owners are kind when I call them. We have gotten takeout twice, and I can’t recommend the homemade fusilli and the homemade rum cake enough! I have dietary restrictions and often have to substitute items on the menu, and the restaurant does it with a smile, not as if it’s an inconvenience. I absolutely adore this restaurant. Next meal, we are going to have to come in person!

You can either order to go or eat in; the front area has a regular pizzeria alley kitchen while behind it is more of a sit down restaurant vibe. There’s a large parking lot in the back.
The service was great; very friendly and family vibe.
The food was great and I definitely recommend trying. We loved the chicken wings, penne vodka, chicken parm, and the three layer ice cream slice the best.
They have different prices for cash vs. credit card.
Their bathrooms are clean and the only downfall is that some of the plates could be a little cleaner.

I use to go to Lagrova quite often and always had a great dinner . When Covid hit for some reason we stopped going and pretty forgot about it . Last week I decided to cater my Christmas Eve family party and decided to place my orders with Lagrova. . Nothing has changed . Everybody raved about the food . Everything was perfect and on time . I tip my hat to owner Carmine . I was in the flooring business for 45 years and dealing with the public can wear you down . Carmine is always a gentleman and on top of that his food is excellent . We definitely will be visiting again for dinner . Well done Lagrova . Ty

I moved in my home three years ago, and I wanted to order some pizza with garlic knots for those who help me to move in in Lake Ronkonkoma, but many places nearby not only did not make garlic knots but they did not even deliver so I found La Grova seemingly by accident because they made garlic knots and they delivered their pizza. Its my favorite pizza in Long Island and I’m a pizza snob. I’m originally from Brooklyn And I love my Brooklyn pizza and they are right on point. We usually get the combo special and they are so accommodating we have ordered food to be delivered. We have even eaten inside the restaurant a beautiful family owned restaurant that knows how to give good service and good food with sauce that has a lot of love inside of it! Pizza ❤️

Ordered two pies for pick up, got there early so I had to wait a bit. Took it home which was 5 mins away. The pizza was just warm, not hot like you would expect for how soon after coming out of the oven I ate it. Also, something was definitely off about the texture and taste of the crust and cheese… Tasted like public school pizza… like it was frozen and then reheated, but I’ve had better frozen pizzas before.
On a positive note, they were very pleasant in my short interaction with them during pickup.
edit: Thanks for replying, but I don’t get how contacting you guys directly would have changed the pizza I got. Sure, maybe you guys would have given me a better second one but the fact still is that the first one kinda sucked. Also, reviews are to tell other customers/potential customers of my experience, not just a way to tell owners about my experience

Tasty pizza and sweets. The 2-slice plus a soda is a great deal if you want to have a yummy and quick meal. Looking forward to trying other dishes in the future.

We ordered 2 meatball Parmesan heros and drinks for delivery. Delivery was on time but the meatballs in the hero was 90 percent breadcrumbs for filler. That to me is cheating the customer. I’m disappointed The sauce the cheese the bread that it came on was fine tasted great but the meatballs absolutely horrible barely any flavor as well… $37 order all filler barely any meat in the meatballs. I’ll never order there again

We ordered takeout from this place for the first time. We had fettuccine alfredo, chicken parmigiana and a chicken in a vodka sauce on a hero. The chicken parm was good and the hero was delicious. The portion sizes were really a great value.

The food and service was amazing! Scratch cooking and great variety of wine! Had the stuffed zucchini blossoms and eggplant parmesan. Huge portions and freshly baked bread and garlic knots. Definitely going to go back!
