My rotisserie chicken was good the chicken breast my buddy ordered was awful,it was a tuff synthetic chicken breast that felt like you were biting a cartilage part of Brest. I’ve gotten this tipe of chicken in different places. Being a good person my buddy is he didn’t want to complain but I was at least going to write the review about it .

Set in a very busy plaza.. this location was extremely calm. The staff was wonderful and friendly. They were patient as we read the menu and decided on our meal. The food was delicious! As always..! And the prices are unbeatable. This is by far the biggest bang for your buck.. and not skimping on flavor at all.

I’m new to Florida and I drove by the restaurant one day and tried there steak bowl. It was delicious. They have many food sections on there menu. I will definitely go back to this location and try more dishes.

Ordered chicken wings and they were raw. I told the cashier “hey heads up the wings are raw so u can let ur cook know before u het someone sick” and showed her the bloody chicken. She nodded her head yes and didnt say one word. No apology. No offer to replace the wings and much less an offer to give me my money back.

Very disappointed! Just opened my takeaway order and noticed it had ONLY 1 SALSA inside for the Jalea platter. I don’t know how they think it’s acceptable to put only one salsa for an entire order?!

To this place I will change the rating once I try the fish again. It was my first time and we had an large order of beans plantains and bowls for the dinner time. And suddenly I decided to add the fish that is in the picture. Sorry to say but jerky fish could taste better. Unfortunately my order came out hard and rubbishy. My kids couldn’t even eat it. We couldn’t go back to ask for a new one, due to the fact it was closed. We ended up having something else.

Just left the restaurant and our disappointment was over the top. Ordered 4 meals and one was ready within 10 minutes however my wife finished her food while still waiting 4 the other 3. After 20 minutes the food finally was ready my son’s chicken sandwich was overcooked ( see picture)amazingly the manager was having lunch on a table next to us ( maybe her B-day cake and all on the table) which is totally unprofessional and unethical. Her response to our complaints was that it was their policy to serve food as it’s ready and that we need to let them know if we wanted the food ready at the same time..really??? After talking to her she stated the sandwich was cooked like that because of the breading on it and that people like it like that. You judge for yourself. She refunded us the sandwich and offered a free dessert to my son shortly thereafter, in a dismissal attitude carried on to talk and laugh with the staff ???without any concern whatsoever. Use to go there often and never again . Please save the aggravation.
I managed a F&B establishments in the past and know much better…her position as a manager was that somehow it was our fault which is appalling …. clearly shows how’s this place is being run. Btw my fish was salty and overcooked as well. The chicken and meat was good and well presented though. Good luck if you go there and bring a magnifying glass to read the menu.
