I went in just for a casual to go dinner. Upon arriving, the place had a nice Latin inspired atmosphere, which was new for me. I ordered the hot wings and plantains. The wings were flavorful, the plantains were not bad just something I would not order again. I thought it was a great addition that the kitchen was open and they had a cold bar with different onions and sauces. My favorite was the garlic sauce. I would definitely return to try the other food items that they have.

The cooks were laughing and taking forever to make my order which I placed over the phone waited over 30 min.
I ordered the chaufa rice – it was TERRIBLE. I am from Peru and it didn’t taste not one bit close to a Peruvian dish. Don’t say you are a Peruvian restaurant when you are not serving, authentic Peruvian food. I could have went to a Chinese restaurant and been served better rice. One bite and all I tasted was SOY sauce. Do not waste your money here.

Located on Forest Hill Blvd, sits La Granja of Wellington. Plenty of parking next to a Starbucks. Huge seating area, 15+ tables, and many cooks and women in the order line. Menu rolls on the screens or physical menu at the register. Order food, grab sauces, sit down, wait for your food, grub hard. Huge portions and a fresh, fast meal. Thanks for an easy dinner night out.

I’ve been a regular customer at La Granja and usually order the bowl that always came in a large container. Today, I was really disappointed to see they switched it to a much smaller container but are still charging the same price. When I asked about it, both the waitress and the cashier insisted it was the same amount of food, which is clearly not possible. You can’t fit the same portion in a smaller bowl. It feels like they’re trying to cut corners, and it’s frustrating as a loyal customer. Definitely not the same value as before.

So I went in there and they charged me for a large bowl when she gave me a small bowl, I specifically asked on the phone whether it was a small or large and she said small because I knew last time she did the same thing. I’ve been going to La Grange for five years and I’ll be getting large bowls and what she gave me was a small bowl so watch out for that lying manipulating girl at the counter I’m done going into that Wellington La Grange….. so bad

Just finished my first meal at La Granja and I’m beyond impressed! The prices are very reasonable and the food is absolutely delicious. The staff in the kitchen are clearly pouring their heart and soul into the food being served, as the meal I just had tasted exactly like how my Titis and Tios cook. And don’t get me started on the Arepas….phenomenal!

Normally we like this place but today was awful. My daughter’s steak was hard not just tough. There was no manager there to talk to just some young kid. The employees were all playing with their hair talking on the phone while the tables were all dirty. The kid in charge said that that was how the meat always was and they don’t give refunds. There was no one in charge there and no way to speak to anyone in the corporate office. Went to the website anyone in the corporate office. I went to the website and it gives you the wrong number which just rings and rings and then ask you for some kind of code. Very disappointed!!
