We stopped for a quick dinner and this was great. The cashier was very helpful. The atmosphere leaves a lot to be desire, but it was clean and people friendly. The menu is huge. I did not like the digital version; it changed too quickly. We had the seafood aquadito. It was huge, filled with lots of seafood, rice, hominy, peas and more. We also got a whole chicken, planning to have leftovers – we had lots of leftovers including the rice and beans. In search of a reasonable, fresh meal, this is it.

I had take away. I ordered the sauteed beef with shrimp and it came with white rice and french fries. The food tasted fresh even as a takeaway. The portions were good. The rice could have been a little bit more. But the beef was done perfectly like I asked and the three sauces that came with it complimented the dish. The dish wasn’t dry at all which was a worry of mine.The order came up to about $30 with delivery fees,but about $22 if you just went to pick it up. I definitely would recommend this place.

My first time trying this place and I had stomachace for 4 days with diarrhea and vomiting immediately not even 30 mins after eating the steak and only 2 spoonfuls of rice and black beans. The food has no taste no season just plain. Can’t pay me to eat food from here ever again yuck.

DO NOT ORDER THE CHICKEN SANDWHICH from here. It’s a really thin piece of chicken and mainly all bread. It’s a shame because the chicken actually tastes good but not for $12 and the thinnest chicken ice ever seen. At least it came with French fries, which were good.

I love La Granja for a low key easy lunch or dinner with a home made feel. When I have a long busy day and wanna have some comfort food-it’s my favorite place to-go
I love their chicken soup, tostones, sweet plantains, seafood gumbo, chicken of course and even a simple white rice is sooo good. The portions are generous so prepare to have leftovers for the next day

If i can give 0 stars i would . They dont want to sell you a chicken when there’s chickens right in your face ready to sell . Making excuses like “theres uber orders and then that the chicken machine is broken” but how are you making chicken for these uber orders then . Just horrible . Like why even sell
