I have been to various locations and their customer service always on point. Foods great. I normally order the Chupe de Malisco (seafood Gumbo) also the seafood fried rice is superb. In Orlando, Florida they have this noodles with shrimp items. We learn that it’s not mentioned in their menu but its done by request. It’s so delicious. Their tostones is similar to the Haitian fried plantains so I normally order that. They have some mixed onions/tomatoes/ jalapeños in a side bar you can take to go or enjoy while dining in. It’s like their own condiments. I usually order when I’m in town in Florida. Great food and fast service.

Terrible…I ordered dark meat chicken and she rung me up for white meat chicken. I opened my to go box and saw white meat chicken. I politely asked her for dark meat. The guy serving the chicken gave me the tiniest bit of dark meat chicken that he could find.
Also, the chicken was very bland. No flavor at all I won’t be going back as there is also a Very limited and compact parking lot

Terrible service. She did not hide the fact she was annoyed the moment I had questions about the menu and my dietary restrictions. Excuse me, but I don’t want to get sick! Rather than helping me find something that is dairy and gluten free, she asked me to stand to the side so the five people behind me can order in front of me. How rude. When I asked whether the plantains had gluten or dairy – rather than finding out, she said “I don’t know. I wouldn’t get them.” Sheesh. Plus – evaporated milk in ceviche? I’ll never set foot in here again.

I tried to order dark meat only and was told I can’t. Never heard of this at any La Granja ever. Didn’t offer me a solve. It’s 8pm and I can’t order dark meat? Service is non existent here

Usually I like writing good reviews, but unfortunately this place slacks heavily on Togo/door dash orders.
I’ve ordered 3 separate times and each and every time I pay extra for additional sauces, all to get the food delivered and not a single sauce in any of the bags, even my boneless chicken dinner had nothing but the chicken and rice, no onions, sauces, and when I called the Resturaunt and the lady asks my name for the door dash Order she hangs up on my 5 seconds into the call.
If your going to do your job, take pride in it and do it right, we all make mistakes, but 3 times in a row and then you don’t want to own up or make things right is a disgrace.
If your going to Order from here do your self a favor and go in person.

Woman with highlights is not polite and lacks customer service. Each time my family or myself comes here we do not feel welcomed. I’ve never had a problem with their food, just the front of house staff has an attitude problem.

The workers were rude and didn’t care. When our food was ready they didn’t try at all to notify us and we ended up eating cold steak, fish, and chicken including sides. We had to wipe our own table because it was dirty, including the fact they didn’t provide us with napkins on our table. Employees were rude topped off with a bad attitude.
