The food was mediocre. I had them redo the tostones twice they were grease unable to eat them even after the second order. The girl was obviously not happy because of her attitude. The restaurant looks and feels dirty. No hair nets on the staff preparing the food nor gloves on when handling the chicken. Overall not coming back to this location.

Food came out cold and missing items. When I told them they tried charging me. Rediculus. They have a fly swatter/fan on the counter.

I’m sad to say that I won’t go back to this la granja. I have been eating at la granja for years and the manager was nice the staff was polite but the food was not good I got a churrasco and half chicken ordered white meat. Got dark meat. The fried yucca was orange and completely inedible and the fries were soggy. They didn’t have the assortment of sauces that I am used to. That’s like half the reason we eat there and they had nothing out or available in the dining area. Only very small containers that were so small I would have needed at least 10. I’ll stick to the one on glades in Boca. They’re foods fresher and they always have everything available. Good luck guys. Hope this location picks up the slack and takes their customers considerations seriously.

The food was good and the price was good. But when I asked for a styrofoam cup for my soda they said an emphatic no, which made the whole experience weird and difficult. I doubt I will go back.

I see why this location is so slow I will never visit it again! First I had to wait about 10 minutes to order while there was 3 girls not doing anything one was hanging lights for Christmas the others just looking around. I was not helped until a uber eats person came in they gave them the food then toon me. My receipt says 1:38 I didn’t leave until 2:04 I ordered a side salad and a side fried yuca I’m not sure why they took 30 minutes to make that. What really made it bad is how I asked for sauce and she told me no I said yes I will pay for them I need them. She charged me $2 for 4 very small vinaigrette and one of them was rotten! All other locations do not charge for sauce. My yuca was also burned. THIS LOCATION IS DIRTY, THE STAFF IS RUDE, THEY CHARGE FOR SAUCE AND THE FOOD IS NOT GOOD. NEVER AGAIN, it’s a clear indication this location will be closed soon, so I’m pleased to know everyone associated will face more hard ships then I did in this visit…

Service was HORRIBLE!! I wasn’t told it would be an extended wait for my garlic fish, shrimp and scallops (octopus seafood that I didn’t ask for). I patiently waited for 20 – 25 minutes.They apologized and brought out the food. I opened my food and realized that the scallops were not scallops and it looked like octopus. I still proceeded to eat the garlic fish, shrimp and scallops. As my food was completed, minutes later everything came up. I called the restaurant and asked what were the little round things and they’d mentioned they ran out of scallops and gave me octopus seafood. I advised that everything came up (puke). They asked what did I want them to do about it and I asked for just a refund. They told me to bring the food back in order for them to give me a refund and hung up on me. Once I was upset and asked them did they want me to bring in the puke.

They said, “oh, sorry!” and disconnected.

Today I made an order to go and when I got home I opened it and saw that there was only one small chicken thigh. Compared to before, almost half of the chicken was with a wing and breast part. Now it’s a very small part, I ate it and wasn’t full, and the price remained the same, I don’t understand, did they cut the portions?

Literally the worst service possible. No one attends the drive thru window, they just have people waiting there and no response. They are losing customers because people get tired of waiting and just leave. Like I did. And they weren’t even busy! There was no one inside and had one car waiting on their food

Very inferior experience compared to other locations. I will not come back, worst La Granja I have ever been to.

1) inferior food quality ( overcooked chicken, orange yucca ??? )
2) inferior quantity served ( for years I eat half and take half home. This time I finished my meal still hungry )
3) up charge for separate container
4) up charge for materva soda ( never seen this before )
5) higher prices than other locations.

I am editing my review. In the past I gave them 5 stars. Today, I am giving a 1 star because I saw that the workers preparing the food don’t use hair nets or hats to keep hair from falling in the food.
The food is overpriced and the restaurant is not very clean. I cant speak for all La Granja restaurants. I am complaining about this La Granja location on Sample road. In the picture below look at the woman in the left ( between yellow pole and the window corner). She is preparing food without hat and gloves. There were other employees on the back of the kitchen also not wearing a hat or hair nets. This violates kitchen hygiene.
