I recently visited La Granja, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The first thing I noticed was the lack of cleanliness — the dining area, tables, and floors all looked neglected and poorly maintained. It gave the impression that cleanliness simply isn’t a priority here, which is very concerning for any restaurant, fast food or not.
The food itself was another letdown. Everything tasted bland and lacked freshness or flavor. I expected better quality, especially given how many similar restaurants manage to serve quick yet tasty meals. Instead, the food here felt carelessly prepared, and nothing about it stood out in a positive way.
Customer service was almost nonexistent. Employees seemed uninterested and disengaged, and no one appeared to take pride in their work or the restaurant’s presentation. When you combine poor service with a dirty environment, it leaves a lasting negative impression.
While I understand La Granja is a fast-casual restaurant, that shouldn’t be an excuse for a lack of cleanliness, quality, or hospitality. A clean environment and decent service are basic expectations anywhere food is served. Sadly, this location fell far short in every category.
I would strongly recommend that management take immediate steps to improve cleanliness, food quality, and staff attentiveness. Until then, I can’t recommend this restaurant and would advise others to look elsewhere for a cleaner, better dining experience.

Great and fast Peruvian food! I really enjoy eating at this chain of restaurants. Surprisingly this is the most efficient and cleanest location I ever been. The team that runs this one is fantastic! Food was fresh and super delicious, it came out really fast, all tables and facilities were spotless, cashiers were very friendly and fast. They are well staffed and seem very motivated. Love to see people doing their job with enthusiasm and well done it makes a huge difference

Ive eaten here before in the past a couple times thought it was good and then got food poisoning and stopped that was 2 years ago saw a good deal on doordash and couldn’t pass it up I got the half pound flattened chicken breast and a side of beans and garlic potatoes it tasted okay the potatoes were the best part and now im here a day later with food poisoning again and this is the only place I’ve eaten out at in the last week so do what you will with that information but I won’t be returning ever again

I used to really enjoy coming here because they offered a great vegan option around — flavorful, satisfying, and a rare find in this area. Unfortunately, the restaurant has recently decided to remove the Vegan Bowl from the menu without explanation.
For those of us who don’t eat meat or dairy, this change makes the restaurant far less welcoming. It’s frustrating to see a place that once stood out for inclusivity suddenly take a step backward. Vegan diners aren’t asking for a full menu overhaul, just the chance to enjoy at least one thoughtfully prepared plant-based dish.
I truly hope management reconsiders and brings back the vegan option. It was a highlight of the menu and a reason many of us chose this restaurant over others. Until then, I’ll have to look elsewhere for a meal that fits my needs.

Had a really good meal here, flavourful, good portion size. There is an extensive menu and several toppings for your food. Highly recommend.

My first visit was through the drive-through—my order was extremely greasy, lacking any flavor, and left me feeling unwell afterward. I assumed it might have been an off day and decided to give them another chance.
On my second visit, my boyfriend and I ordered takeout. He chose a chicken meal, and shortly after eating, he also became sick. Beyond the food quality, I have concerns about the cleanliness of this location compared to other La Granja restaurants I’ve been to.

They use too much onions. I kept the excess onions from my food to cook lunch for the rest of the week.
Wow, that’s it, I got it now. They are so sad because they have to cut all those onions.
One of their better locations. The place is clean and nicely oriented. The employees are always in a grim mood. I think the management should have some good workplace practices to cheer them up. The look on their face is the one of a trapped souls. Their service was fast and attentive. Again with a heart crying attitude.

This place has decent food for when you don’t want to cook and need something better than fast food. The fried rice could be salty depending on who makes it. My favorite is the whole fried snapper. They also have sauces to accommodate your food which is delicious too. The portions are good too which I like.
