Met up with some girlfriends for brunch. Staff was friendly & attentive. Food was good, we ordered the Chilaquiles & a skillet. Atmosphere is a bit crowded, we had a stroller & it was a bit challenging to maneuver around the tables/chairs. On the topic of infants, bathrooms are not kid-friendly; there was no changing table. Will reconsider giving it another try.

Ordered the eggs breakfast. I was able to split the sausage into one sausage and one bacon, sent the grits back… I don’t know what it was but wasn’t grits.. maybe malt o meal? Eggs no taste, Bacon good, Sausage tender. Had to eat hash browns instead but they were exceptionally good.. omg. And I hate hash browns . I might start liking them again since it’s so hard to find good grits. Music, atmosphere, waitress even knew people by name.. Drinks too high. $5 glass of orange juice. But overall

Love the old fashion diner feeling in here. Service is great. Good variety on the menu. Ordered biscuits and gravy with a side of bacon. B&G was awesome. The gravy sauce was a little different for a change. Very light tasting an a tad bit of sweetness which pairs well. Crispy bacon is a always for any breakfast chaser!

The location is good and the atmosphere is nostalgic and classic. It was very warm in the restaurant on the day we went. The waitress was okay, not very friendly but also not mean.
The skillet was good but the sandwich was not great. The sandwich was described as being a “melt” but had no cheese and instead, an overwhelming amount of sour cream. It also was supposed to have sautéed mushrooms, but they were just plain, chopped mushrooms. The fries were pretty good though.

Really delicious breakfast, nice & attentive staff, and cute environment. Nice there is a village parking lot down block as parking in front can be challenging if coming middle of breakfast rush, but early morning is no problem. From past experience I know that you can get a lunch sandwich (with soup included) in breakfast hours. Really a nice place.

A cool small diner feel. Perfect place to bring the kids. It’s super busy especially on weekends but the staff works quickly. I loved the idea of eating at the counter it makes you feel like you’re in a TV show lol. The food was also good. Didn’t come out too quick. We were in town from Florida and found this place on Google. Despite being welcomed by a racist hostess who seated a white family at a table who were behind us in line when a booth was available the entire time, ( while waiting, another worker directed us to the open booth). We were told that there would be a 5-10 min wait because we were a party of two. The food was amazing. We had the Denver omelette with pancakes, best hash browns around. Grateful that our server provided great service, the place seems diverse from a Hispanic and white perspective, but clearly they don’t see African Americans on the regular. Wish I had the first persons name, she was a white and her attitude was skunky.
