Pros. – Atmosphere was pleasant.
Salsas were good. The red was spicy and flavorful. The green sauce was of avocado. The chips & sauce salsa was tasty of fresh tomato. Guizada meat was of good quality. Coffee was ok.
Cons. – Over charged. $9.73, cashier returned $4.00. But, still got it wrong. Country was of hotdog quality. My Country Ala Mexicana & Carne Guizada was ordered w/ Avocado, but did not come with it. They put cheese on my Guizada instead. I didn’t order cheese. I then canceled the avocado on both since it didn’t come they forgot it.
The biggest problem was that we brought the over charge discrepancy to the cashier/waitress, she recalculated it & gave us $4 back which should have been $9.73. A difference of $5.73. I was expecting better. Pic’s will show calculations better.

The food was good. Their red hot sauce was soo good. The chip dipping sauce was fresh and flavorful. I had a bean and cheese taco with a side of pico de gallo ($2.80…more than either of my tacos that were $2.25,) a delicious papa ranchera taco, a guacamole chalupa accompanied by a cup of coffee. Husband had 3 tacos tacos & coffee. After paying we realized we’d been charged incorrectly. The young lady corrected the charges by returning $4, but once in the car we realized that it should have been $6 and that’s not including the tax that we had already payed. Upon further inspection we noticed that there was another monetary indiscretion of $2.25 and other miscellaneous. We opted to let it go, but we got over charged at least $4.25 +?
I’m absolutely not saying don’t go there because it was pleasant and they were very nice people, just saying check your ticket, make sure you’re paying for what you ordered.

The reason why I only give them four stars on the food and atmosphere is because I’ve only eaten their breakfast tacos and it’s always real early in the morning. But the restaurant is clean upon entry and the mother and daughter team are great hosts and always greet me with a smile a big plus for me. Also I would like to mention three good size breakfast tacos and a cup of coffee for five bucks wow makes my wallet happy and my stomach. See you guys there!!!
