Tried this spot for the first time about 3 weeks ago. I had the Chipotle chicken slice, which was very good. So good that I purposely took route 17 last week on my way home so I could stop here again. Highly recommend trying this spot.

Tried a plain slice one day and it was pretty good so I went back last night and gave it a shot with 2 pies, half and half. They were outstanding. The group of us couldn’t stop saying “wow this pizza is so good” the whole time we ate it. The service in the joint is also great, everyone is nice, friendly and upbeat. I am honestly kind of annoyed with myself that I just found out about this place after living nearby for a few years I will def be back soon!!

This restaurant has the best pizza around and it’s not even close. They have tons of specialty slices and you can tell they are all fresh when you come in. Their bruschetta slice is insane. Prices are very reasonable especially for the quality and freshness. Service is very good. Fortunately I live very close cuz I would easily drive 15+ minutes to get here whenever I want pizza.

To say that Mike and his staff were nice is an understatement. The service and hospitality were off the charts. The Pizza was amazing with a simple formula for success, fresh ingredients. This hits you with every bite of their pizza. The fresh sauce is so good and is the star of the pizza. Since 1986 he has been making pizza and has perfected his craft to say the least. This is an amazing Pizzeria run by great people who are passionate about Pizza. It is a must stop in Bergen County. Thank You La Gondola Pizza.

So far I’ve only tried the pizza and wings and they were really good.I got a large pie Half Pepperoni, and half plain. While the pepperoni definitely is a little spicy it’s still really good nonetheless. I love the charred crust and the crunchiness of the crust. The sauce is good too. I got plain fried crispy wings and they were so good and flavorful I didn’t even need to use any sauce! They were nice and crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. So so so good. If only they had dessert to go with this really nice meal. Either way good job to the people that own this place. It’s one of the best local business pizza I’ve ever had. I will DEFINITELY order again. Highly recommended.

My sister swears by this pizza, but I tried it with her and it was okay. My main issue was the crust was too thin. I like a lil more doughy thickness to my pizza. I chose just cheese pizza & a ceasar salad and it was good, everyone else at the table enjoyed theirs, but agreed the crust was a smidge too thin. It didnt help that it was scalding hot and literally burned the top of my mouth either. I can tell they have good pizza by the reaction of other guests, I will have to go back another time to try it and see if I have a different experience.

I hate to complain, but my experience suggested they don’t treat all customers equally. I arrived smiling and was met with a frown while others were warmly greeted and asked how they could be helped. My pizza was served cold, and the staffer who helped me seemed reluctant. Disappointing visit I’m sure the pizza would’ve been great if it were hot.

Pizza is delicious but customer service terrible. Nobody even says hello and everyone looks pissed off . Especially the lady at register.
