Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Went inside the restaurant wasn’t greeted by anyone, the table I sat at was not cleaned ( still left over food all over the table ). Food took forever to come, it was cold & was not cooked properly & that was just for the one appetizer we ordered. Waited about an hour for what we had ordered only for the waitress to come back to our table & ask what it was we ordered again. What an embarrassment & disappointment in their quality of customer service. Went to ask the waitress for the check since we no longer had any more patience, to find her just putting in the food we ordered about an hour ago. I have no clue what this employee went to do for an hour ( the restaurant was dead ) but that is not acceptable by any means.

Theirs portions are like ordering a small every time you order got take out. It was a waste of money. I got more onions in the ceviche than seafood. Definitely not getting food from there next time. Payed over $35 for ceviche and salchi papas

This place used to be pretty good but have been noticing lately the quality has been decreasing. We normally buy 8 alfajores at $3 each but will no longer be buying anymore after this. If you don’t know the inside of the cookie should be filled with manjar blanco but these thieves are really trying to fool us by just filling the rim. Won’t be coming back here anymore

Horrible service. Would love for the owner to contact me because i just witnessed waiters treating the customers horribly. With an attitude, eye rolls, and they don’t even come back to check how things are. They should definitely hire new waiters . They gave me old brown salad and the drinks were horrible. The owner should definitely think about new employees. Looks like bad customer service is on the top of their reviews. Never coming back.

Just found 2 roaches walking on the table as we ate ! I’m 6 months pregnant and my whole food came back if I could give it a negative 5 I would ! If that’s how the tables were I can’t imagine the kitchen !!
