An excellent new restaurant is a wonderful location near the entrance to the chateau atop Turenne. There’s a nice, quiet terrace that serves as a perfect stop after a walk to the top of the village hill. The restaurant serves local, fresh fare.

Super sfeervol terrasje met een allervriendelijkste eigenaar, Silvain.
Wij kwamen hier aan om 13 uur, vaak te laat om nog te starten aan een lunch voor Franse begrippen. Het was geen probleem. Het eten was heerlijk! We hadden vooraf foie gras een ‘croque’ van lokaal brood met ham en tomme-kaas met gekonfijte uitjes en salade. En een ‘hot duck’ met gekonfijte eend in worst met salade. Silvain liet ons nog de droge worst proeven. Je kunt alleen buiten eten. Sfeervol rustig muziekje, onderaan het kasteel verscholen. Een plek om naar terug te keren. Werkelijk een klein pareltje! Bedankt Silvain!
