Awesome place to eat with authentic Mexican meals. Large servings and very reasonable prices. They also have a kid friendly menu so go ahead and bring the young ones if they only like hot dogs, Mac and cheese or chicken strips! Staff was great and it spacious inside. I will make sure and come back here whenever possible. Two thumbs way up

I was on a road trip and we decided to randomly stop in Harvey as it was on the way to our destination. This was some of the best mexican food I’ve ever had! Very surprising for a small town but I’m so glad we stopped. The enchiladas and refried beans were 10/10. If you’re driving through Harvey I would definitely recommend eating here

Love this place and the people that work here. Expect chips and salsa to the table before ordering. The menu is pretty extensive as far as Mexican food goes. They also have burgers and such for those with not as much interest in the flavors of Mexico. The shrimp chimichanga is a favorite and they don’t skimp on the shrimp. I have never been disappointed. If you leave room for desert try the fried ice-cream. It’s almost a meal in itself.
I am so happy this family decided to bring their food to our small town. Patronage is essential so we don’t lose this restaurant but I don’t think that’s a problem. They have a reasonable lunch crowd and dinner can be busy. I also recommend take out as they don’t miss a beat in adding chips and salsa to your orders.

We love to eat here! The owner and staff are so friendly, and the food is AMAZING. Everything I have tried is good. A couple of my favorites are the Camerones Fundidos (best shrimp!!) and the 1/2 order is plenty. Also, just tried the Salmon Mazetlan – a new favorite! The Mango on top was delicious. Their rice is also yummy. I love the decor, it’s very inviting. Fast service!

REAL AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD!!!!The best place to feel at home. It feels really cozy when you step into the restaurant. I had the La Fragua Steak. It was cooked to my liking. Very tender steak and seasoned well. The shrimp were delicious. I made shrimp tacos from them. It also came with stemed broccoli and carrots. Those veggies made the dish. It came with rice, beans, side of guacamole, pico and lettuce. We had a pitcher of Horchata that was made to order. Very creamy and sweet as we like it. Their salsa tasted like it was made fresh. If their salsa is good it means that everything else is good, as my mother would say. I would say if you are ever passing through this small town, it is a must go before you leave. It has a big place in the back for parties. I honestly wish I had a week to try all of their food.
