We came for restaurant week so I can only give a review based on that experience. The eggplant was good but the entree and pasta sampler were just okay. Kind of lacking any flavor. The mussels were not good. Since we had a group of 6, they also brought out a sampler for dessert instead of letting us each choose what we wanted and didn’t tell us before hand. I’ve just had better restaurant week experiences elsewhere.

I came here for restaurant week and the food and service was phenomenal! The restaurant is very cozy and lively and the service was amazing. The hostess was very accommodating as I needed to push my reservation back almost two hours later. She seated us quickly even though there were a line of customers out the door, which I really appreciated. The chicken fantasia and tilapia entrees were the best, followed by the mussels appetizer. The tiramisu and tartufo were really good. Overall I recommend coming here for good authentic Italian food and great memories!

I ordered the Risotto alla Pescatore for dinner and it was the most bland meal I’ve ever eaten. It seemed like the seafood had been boiled, the rice boiled and then white wine sauce that didn’t taste like anything placed underneath. Taking the seafood out of the shells and mixing it didn’t help nor did any parmesan, pepper flakes, salt or pepper. This was the first time I’ve ever just paid for my plate and go to another restaurant right after to have my dinner. I wish I had read the reviews first.

Exceptional environment and some of the tastiest food I’ve ever had! The freshness and quality of the food was divine! Noneof our dishes were heavy at all. All very light and packed with incredible flavor! A must if you come to Philly!

Quiet, intimate, authentic Italian restaurant (that’s BYOB). The host / server was very friendly, personable, patient and accommodating. My friend & I came here for lunch with intentions on ordering from the restaurant week menu options, but I really wanted to try the lobster ravioli so we both ordered from their regular menu. NO REGRETS. The mussels in white wine sauce were tasty, and my lobster ravioli with scallops was everything I imagined it would be. It’s a MUST I come back with my bottle of wine next time!

I would definitely not return here. The food was good. But the service is very slow, servers are unfriendly, and the restaurant is not kid Friendly at all. We went for a Mother’s day dinner. We were sat after 15 minutes even though we had a reservation. Then we waited forever for our server to take care of us. Another 15-20 minutes. I have 3 kids, and they had no kids menu and charge full price for kids food. It was so disappointing, especially for my Mother’s Day dinner.

Good food but a bit lacking in attention to detail. Relatively expensive fare but served stale bread, the parmesan cheese was powdered kraft or something, plastic plants were unattractive. A bit more attention & it could be fantastic.

Good spot for BYOB italian fare. The staff was friendly and the food came out quickly. The seafood was great, calamari was cooked just right.

The staff was nice, but as an Italian the food was insultingly bad. We came for restaurant week and the meal began with a bread basket, filled with untoasted Wonder bread halves and an olive oil shaker. The appetizers were okay but lacked much flavor. The second course was a pasta sampler which lacked any flavor and was comedically minuscule( like 4 pieces of gnocchi and pasta with a singular deflated ravioli), I got the polo fantasia and again it lacked flavor and the presentation was depressing. I’m surprised to see how much better everyone else’s food looks in these reviews, I am hopeful that the food was only bad tonight because they were busy for restaurant week
