One of the best brunches I’ve ever had in New Jersey! My friend and I from a nearby town were looking for a brunch location that was in the area and didn’t have a long wait, as it had already been 2 PM and we had plans scheduled for the rest of the day, and what a joy it was to stumble upon this Turkish-infused French café! As a Turk myself, I felt excited to try out the sandwiches and crepes listed on the menu. I had ordered the Spinach and Feta Crepe (you could never go wrong with spinach and feta) and my friend went for the Chipotle Chicken Sandwich, which were both very delicious choices. The portions were huge, of high quality ingredients, and definitely made by love from the owner, Pinar—absolutely well worth its price. We were left full for the majority of our day, pleased that we had decided to try something new. I left feeling very happy, as I got to converse with the owner in Turkish and thank her for her work. I would highly recommend this place for people stopping by Montclair—I will be returning to dine there again.

This is a wonderful cafe, run by the most amazing person. My wife and I had gone here with our cat and the owner of the cafe was so warm and welcoming, ready to help us by recommending the best things on the menu. We had the veggie sandwich, spinakopita and the chicken sandwich, and all 3 tasted incredible. The sweet creme at the end of the meal was incredible. Would go back and 100% recommend for anyone in the area.

I had THE best experience at LA Fontaine Cafe. I went about a week ago, It was my first time visiting. It is clean, cute and inviting. There were so many things that I liked about this place, she had a selection of teas that she could prepare hot or iced, it is a dog friendly place, there is outdoor seating. It is so nicely decorated. It is the perfect place to relax, de-stress and feel comfortable while having good food. I had the Vegan tofu sandwich and it was delicious and filling. It doesn’t look like she can make all of these things back there, but she does! I can hardly wait to try something else on the menu.

Cute cozy little cafe with sandwiches and pastries. We got a delicious hot cocoa with oat milk, with gluten free bread, and falafel sandwich. All was amazing. The gf they gave me 2 sandwiches, I’m guessing because the bread is smaller, and it was over $20 so its fair that it’s 2 sandwiches. My BF said the falafel sandwich was amazing, it looked soo good too stuffed with lettuce, tomato, hummus, and falafel. Really sweet place, definitely recommend.

Walked in with my husband looking for a quick midday meal. I ordered the matcha latte and upon asking the woman working the cashier “what’s the best hot coffee drink?” She said “I like the pistachio latte. It’s not on the menu but I can make it for you guys.” We ordered it. It was delicious! My matcha latte was the best I’ve had up until now in Jersey. It was smooth, very hot just how I like it, and the perfect balance of flavors. I ordered mine with oat milk. We also ordered their best selling pastrami sandwich and boy was it delicious! They have the best selection of halal sandwiches and we truly enjoyed our visit.

I’ve been here many times and enjoy the variety of coffee, juices, pastries and sandwiches, they are always fresh and tasty. The owner is also very welcoming and sweet. Such a cute coffee shop!

I was very excited to try out this small Turkish x French fusion cafe for brunch today since the ingredients on their menu is suppose to be high quality and wholesome. We expect to pay extras for any quality food, unfortunately this visit was disappointing.

Love this place so much! Amazing beautiful, healthy, and tasty food. Wonderfully cozy decor. Sweet people. The brunch plate was sooo delicious and exceeded well beyond my expectations. If I lived closer I’d come ever day. They also have wifi, power outlets, plenty of seating. Nice spot to stop by and do work while sipping coffee. I totally recommend!

Just moved here from Israel and had the best egg and cheese crepe I’ve ever had in my life. Ordered the Tofu sandwich and it was just as delicious. The woman who was working there noticed my wife and daughter were going to share the crepe so she made it extra big without us asking. Highly recommend this place. Also love the cold americano- it’s better than paper planes and Java coffee in NY opinion
