If you’re looking for an amazing place to eat, you have found it. The food? Absolutely incredible! The owners? They are the sweetest, kindest people you could ever meet! He came out and explained everything on the menu to ensure we ordered exactly what we were looking for food wise. The location? Set up perfectly. There are misters throughout the dining area to keep you cooler while you’re eating. You can also take your food to go. We had an incredible time here today and enjoyed everything we ordered. We were driving through and found this place. It’s so good. Some of the best birria tacos I’ve had. They also have pozole. I didn’t get it but so many people had bowls and I regretted it.

Amazing food, and the owner was extremely kind. I asked if they could make anything vegetarian and he took the time to give me custom options and checked in with me after my food came. It was tasty! The most authentic taco truck I’ve tasted as someone from Southern California!! I love trying all local taco trucks in Medford and this is in my top 3 for sure!! The service was absolutely amazing definitely the best out of all taco trucks I’ve been too. This holds true with their wonderful outdoor setup for dine in guests that has overhead coverage and heating!

We had an amazing experience at La Fondita! The food was absolutely incredible – every dish was bursting with flavor, and you could tell the ingredients were fresh and carefully prepared. The seating area was so warm and comfortable, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. On top of that, the service was exceptional – attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. I can’t wait to return and try more of their menu. Highly recommend!
