This is one of those local spots that I don’t wanna share with too many people… or maybe I do, so they can continue doing good business and stay open forever! Excellent food and service. Ordered a variety of things, the highlight was the consume de borrego, the lengua taco, the chicken torta, the plantains, and the spicy pork taco (pretty much everything was great… as you can see in the pictures). You just don’t see this quality and value of food often these days anymore in the DMV. Everything was fresh and tasty. I watched the cooks cut the plantains for the platanos frito. So please go visit them often! They deserve to do well.

Amazing local spot. Food was great, staff was friendly, and prices were extremely reasonable! Tried out the fried bananas, the mole enchiladas, and lamb tacos. Salsas were home made and amazing as well

The food was definitely reheated food from previous days, the barbacoa was definitely not fresh, the rice was frozen because I had piece that were all cold and together
Tortillas were cold as well

First time here and probably last tbh, had high hopes since it’s in the RVD area

I went to celebrate my birthday today. And honestly the food at the place is way better than any other fancy expensive restaurant. I know sometimes is quality over quantity but this place has both quality food good quantity and very cheap. I been to restaurants where the food is so expensive and not even authentic Mexican food.
