We’ve had many pupusas from other places. We have never had such a horrible experience. Why would the the pupusas be wrapped in aluminum foil???this is the result. I asked for a mix of beans and cheese, only got cheese. Never coming back.

I love La Fonda usually but this experience was terrible. I’m at work and I tried to call in breakfast for pickup. I ordered a baleada gringa with grilled onions. He understood that. But then when I asked for a small banana smoothie he didn’t understand me. He kept saying no smoothie I dont know. He said he doesn’t have that or have an idea what I’m talking about. He told me to call later because no one speaks English and he can’t take my order. It’s literally on their menu as banana smoothie (it’s like a milkshake) I’ve had it multiple times before at other locations. He hung up on me. How can you run a business out here and not even speak English at all to the point you can’t take a customers order? Not to mention I can’t order it on the website because it doesn’t include them. This was the closest location to where I work.

10/10 What a delicious food variety. Both me and my partner had a Honduran Mixed plate and my mom Fried chicken and plantains chips. The lady that plated our food did exceptionally. The Honduran mixed plate had, Chorizo, Carne Asada, eggs, rice, avocado, sweet plantains, chimol, picked cabbage, Honduran cheese, tortilla. Everything was delicious . Will come back and I do recommend this place.

The food is delicious!!! The best Honduran food in Westbury!! I can tell high quality ingredients are used and it is made with love. Everyone that works there is extremely kind. Highly recommend for those that want to try authentic Honduran food . For those living in the area, it’s a must try, you won’t be disappointed.

Every time we come to Long Island this our choice 8-10 times, my wife loves El Pollo con Tajadas “the best” you’ll lick your fingers over and over.
Also let not forget to mention they make “The best Pupusas” (locas, jalapeño, revueltas) with encurtido kicking it up a notch.
I almost forgot “El Agua de Horchata” DELICIOUS!!!!!
