I called ahead to pre-order breakfast and was told it would take 15 minutes to prepare. However, when I arrived, my meal was still not ready. I asked how much longer it would take but received no response, so I waited 30 minutes before finally receiving my order. There was no price list for bagels displayed in the store. When I inquired about the price, the front desk staff said it was
$6 per bagel, while I had assumed it was $5. Upon questioning, a female employee wearing glasses responded harshly in Spanish, which I did not understand. I find it unacceptable to be treated this way simply for asking about the price.
The preparation time was excessively long, and the service was disappointing. While other staff members were friendly, this particular employee clearly lost her composure and showed a lack of professionalism. I hope she learns to manage her emotions and treat customers with respect. I am very dissatisfied with this experience and want to express my strong complaint.

I’ve been traveling on the road and I’m finally back in NY. I’m originally from the Bronx so I’m super picky with those bodegas with the prepped food. But wow, did this place hit the spot. I feel like I’m back in the Bronx eating at my best friend’s abuelas house.

Food wasn’t good too salty plus they think their a upscale restaurant bc I’ve paid over 30 for two plates of food and the food was salty the steak was a cheap hard steak no favors other than salt, don’t recommend for anyone to come here unless you want to over pay for salty food

Have given this place a couple of tries since it’s opening. Food is average at best. Agree with previous reviewer that there is no set price for anything. They just charge whatever they want…. Not very reassuring as a customer….
