BEST Carne Asada Tacos in NWA. I’ve had never tried the Papa Asada before and it was to die for. The salsas are also very good and on point. The flavors are very authentic and I highly recommend La Fogata and drive was definitely worth it. BTW The owners and staff are very cool.

I don’t come here for tacos neither of the usual plates I come here for the papa plate and cannot get enough of it. I really do enjoy the potato in meat with cheese the warmth of it with soft potato and melted cheese when you grab it with a tortilla yesssssss,BUT it needs a kick of a spice on the side or salsas!! But other wise the owner very polite very welcoming and thankful for our purchases.

Got the Mexican hot dogs and they were rocking! $9 for 2. Can’t see it in the picture but bacon was added to the hotdog. The green salsa that came on the side was one of my favorite green salsas I’ve had with some nice spice.

Had the baked potato. The meat was good, the baked potato was good. The price for the size I thought was a bit excessive. While everything was delicious, I can’t justify the price for it. The charro beans were also good. The service was great. The benches out front covered make the food truck worth coming to since it was raining.

La Fogata Tacos y Papas Asadas in Centerton has an amazing potato and Asada! The Jalapeno salsa is spicy and good, they mix the baked potato with sour cream and scallions before topping and the grilled onions were on point! I devoured the skin from the flavor of the grill all on it!!! The mango water is really refreshing and good as well on a sunny day!

Me and my bestie came to la fogata for the first time to try the papa asada. IT IS SO DELICIOUS YOU NEED ONE. Youre not really alive until you try one. when i took my first bite i met jesus, i went to heaven and back. thank you I TORE THAT PLATE UP!!! i couldnt accept it was all gone so i began to eat the skin.

I had an all-around amazing experience. He told us all about his food, how it was cooked and marinated, and a bit of his backstory. I decided to try the baked potato with Carne Asada and I was NOT disappointed. It was buttery and smooth, the perfect amount of cheese and topped with so much meat it was falling off the potato. The beans were delicious, the green salsa was amazing, and the side of grilled onions had so much flavor! The corn tortillas were AMAZING when filled with all of it. The dessert was amazing. It reminded me of a key lime pie but better! It is made by the Columbian chef. Sooo good!! The blackberry water was delicious as well. I go to Brightwater (culinary school), and we got to talking. I learned a lot about him and his work. I very much recommend supporting this establishment. Sadly, I didn’t take photos, but if you look at theirs, that’s exactly what you get! No fake photos here.

They did a good job on the corn tortillas. They were slightly fried in oil. The beans were not bland, instead they were seasoned well. The carne asada is what I would expect a good carne asada should be; well seasoned and cooked perfectly.
