Live right next door to this restaurant, decided to come try it with my husband and we loved the food so much flavor and you can tell that they took there time making every part of the meal , most restaurants that make white rice either burn it or leave it to hard but let me tell you I could of just ordered the white rice and I would of been happy

Today we ordered from La Fogata in Waterbury, and we were not happy with their food. My chicharon was hard dry meat, the tostados were put on the mote and those were mushy. bad dish. My husband’s soup bagre soup or caldo de bagre had no fish in it, and it was cold. The third order was a a bandera costeña and same no flavor to it and never again. If you think the food there is good, think again.
