I only write reviews when necessary… I’ve been passing by this food truck for a while now; and boy am I glad I stopped and finally tried it. I ordered a 10” cheese, because you know the authenticity of a pizza place by their cheese pizza. Not a shred of disappointment. I ate a couple slices while it was warm.. absolutely delicious! I ate a few more once it got cold.. SAME deliciousness!! 5 out of 5 and 10 out of 10, depending on your grading scale. Highly recommended!!! P.S., given the way the world is today, I want to make it clear that I am not A.I. generated. My pronouns are “him” and “he”… I was born a human male, and still am.

As any true New Yorker, I’m admittedly a bit of a pizza snob. I stopped by on a weekend to try this unassuming food truck and ended up with some amazing pizza. Needless to say, I do think this place has some of the best pizza and by far the best Neapolitan one in the entire Tampa Bay Area. The pizza was light, crispy and delicious..everything you would expect from a good Neapolitan. Highly recommend the Margherita!

Been eyeing this place online for over a year and FINALLY made it over today, and it DID NOT disappoint. A lovely thin and chewy crust, clean quality ingredients and great service. We got a cheese, mama Mia and a veggie pizza. The veggie was our fav with the cherry tomato halves! Thanks for doing what you do so we can enjoy the fruits of your labor! I was a little suspicious of the incredibly high reviews . . . But, seriously, it’s GOOD pizza! Tastes like it was made by a human – the crust was delicious on its own (and I rarely eat the “bones”). We had the meat lovers and the bianca. In the end, we think the bianca was best for the crust. Too much meat overwhelmed it, but for some folks that’s the whole point! Stopped by at 6:30 and placed an order. Ready in about 25 minutes.
Oh – and the white birch soda was a sweet delight of a root beer. Yum!

We were based nearby for a few nights traveling around Florida, wanted a pizza and thought we would try this food truck due to the great reviews. We were a little apprehensive at first but really glad we did. We ordered the 12” Margherita with 3 additional toppings for $19. The pizza was delicious! The two guys are super friendly and there are three bench tables if you want to eat there.
Crust was perfect, sauce and ingredients were fresh and the right amount. Cooked well. Wait time was 15 mins.
If you want a great pizza put this on your list as it’s better than most restaurants and your wallet will thank you.

Extended my trip to Texas 1 day just to try this pizza and I must say it was worth the wait! The owner was very friendly and offered other options on my pizza as the Kc BBQ wasn’t available at the time. Bought 3 pizzas and they all were fantastic and the pink Dino was really great… the price was was on point too… if you want a great pie at a great price from friendly people then this is your place… ENJOY

Hands down the best brick oven pizza I’ve ever had! The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside—with that unbeatable wood-fired flavor. Every ingredient tasted fresh and high-quality, from the rich tomato sauce to the creamy mozzarella. You can tell they put love into every pie. If you’re a true pizza lover, this place is a must. I stopped by today because I kept seeing posts, and i’m so glad I did. My boyfriend and I agreed this is literally the best pizza we’ve ever had. We had it for lunch today and we are coming back tomorrow for more! 10/10. Everything was perfect. Customer service, atmosphere, crust, sauce, cheese, the way it was cooked, everything was perfect. Highly HIGHLY recommend. Will only get pizza from here from now on.
