I’ve been coming here 4 over 20years. Never experienced a rude person whether its 1pm ,8pm or even 3am( and yes made many after midnight runs) They have always had the best tasting & seasoned burritos in Melrose Park..hands down!
However my last 3 visits i notice they have really reduced the amount of meat they serve..even when I pay for extra meat! What used to be a thick burrito is now skimpy! They have went up on they prices so high now- that I refuse to pay that much for the portion they give! ( DON’T GET ME WRONG- THEY STILL TASTE BETTER THAN ANYBODY ELSE’S) But I’ll take a small decline in taste for a bigger burrito $3-$4 cheaper!

Tasty burrito dinner but not very fulfilling. Normally when I get a burrito dinner to go the bag feels a bit heavy and this one felt light. A bit pricey $18 after tax. I saw a couple of reviews saying otherwise but lady at the front was friendly, tho. And points for being open 24 hrs!

Went here with some strippers I met from Carl’s Bar late nite. I got an Al Pastor taco that was fire.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I feel like this needs to be said. The woman who answered the phone when I called to place an order was extremely rude. She didn’t even let me finish ordering before interrupting to ask for the name on the order. When I tried to add one more item, she sounded annoyed and asked if I wanted anything else with an attitude. After I said no, she just hung up on me. Then when my husband went to pick up the food, she didn’t greet him or even say thank you. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, this experience left a really bad impression.

omg this is absolutely the worst place i’ve ever been to! the witch up front was so rude it was insane how rude and upright disrespectful these ladies were. i would never come back despite the food being good, the terrible service made it unappetizing. terrible workers for the business

My husband and I were in the area for my mother in law. My husband grew up in this area and came to this restaurant many times growing up. We both got torta specials with horchata and the food was AMAZING! The meat was perfectly seasoned and they added fresh avocado. The special came with crispy fries. The horchata was good, wasn’t chalky, but had a strong vanilla flavor. When we come in the area again, we will definitely come back.
