Wow. Ordered a $6 waffle cone and they gave me a cone worth like barely a dollar. Double Elote had too much cheese and powder. Very disappointed with this cone it’s freaking ridiculous never ordering here again unless the supposed waffle cone price drops dramatically this is false advertisement. On top of it they were all talking and laughing and the customer looked at me and laughed too. Yeah ik y’all were laughing at me. Cheap establishment.

The food is good no complaints there .Just watch out on the prices!! I ordered a torta which clearly said 9.49 on the menu monitor they charged me 12.49 when I asked them why they said they have not updated their prices in the monitor same with the elote I bought.
I have also noticed I pay at the store with my debit card one price and then I see my account online it’s not the same it’s a bit higher.

I absolutely love this place, they have really good waters and I can’t say that about a lot of places. The waters they have are always fresh and they don’t have any artificial coloring how other places do. The cucumber water and agua de limon with chia is really good. They also have a huge variety of candy and pinatas. This place is better than La Michiocana and it is cheaper.

This place was beyond disappointing. I ordered a Piñata a month in advance and requested to pick it up on a set date and it was not delivered as promised. I was told that I was going to receive a curtesy call but never did. Mind you, I ordered this custom Piñata a month in advance and was told it could be done. Here at this location they require you to pay in advance, which I did. I’m expecting to have my requested item as expected and did not. The workers were not helpful and could not tell me the reason for the delay in my order. One of the workers just told me to come back after five and that it will be ready. I don’t close to this location so I called ahead after 5 just to see if it was ready. Of course, it was not. The workers didn’t know what order I was talking about even though I had my receipt showing the details. When I finally got to a manager, he was beyond rude. He told me that it just wasn’t ready yet even though they had a month to prepare. He did not apologize for their services or try to fix it. I was just told if I wanted to get my money back then to come back and get it. So now my daughter is left with no Piñata as it’s too late to get a new one somewhere else. These employees provided zero communication to their customer and instead left us with confusion as to why our service could not be taken care of. Will not be coming back here again.
