Complaint / Reclamación:

I purchased a tres leches cake from your store, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Half of the cake turned out bitter, and in my slice there was even a small bitter piece. Other slices had the same issue. To make matters worse, we found a piece of paper baked inside the cake.

When we tried to raise the issue at the store, the employee started to argue and claimed it was not from your product. This was very upsetting because clearly, it came from the cake. In the end, half of the cake had to be thrown away, along with the plates we had served it on.

I expect better quality control and customer service. I am requesting an explanation for this bad experience.

I will report this case to the Health Department

First time visiting this panaderia and got pan de muerto and tamales. Their tamales de rajas are ON POINT!!! I’ve never had tamales de rajas done right in this area, and was pleasantly surprised. The pan de muerto, although it was no longer fresh (went right around closing time), also had the perfect taste.
This will be my go to panaderia when I’m in town!

The staff is nice and I love the freshness of the cakes in the bakery. They don’t give you a slice of cake but a big hunk and it’s worth the price. The cakes are moist and the frosting isn’t too sweet with fresh strawberries. I highly recommend.

I got the chilaques and tamale mole here. The people were nice but the food was not very good. The meat was hard and tasted old and the chips were so soggy and everything just didn’t taste fresh. The same with the tamale, it was dry and it just felt the food was old or not fresh. Disappointed.

I purchased tamales rojos and verdes. The chicken has no taste. It seems like the tamales are 4 days old. I also purchased bread, it is so hard, the puerquitos and conchas are not fresh. The salsa is not good at all. Unless something drastically changes I wont be returning. The employees have no idea if the bread is fresh or old when asked. But it is hard bread. Don’t wastes your money.
