Amazingggggg customer service !!!! My sister and I went in and the girlies working were so sweet! Shout out to our girllll Genesiss for dealing with us. She did an amazing job and was so so sweet! Adriana was super sweet and working hard too Big shout out to the owner Francisco, who was super friendly, funny, and professional. He was super welcoming and helping with everything. Super welcoming environment all around, clean, and the mango passion fruit was 10000/10 and elote was sooo good! Coming back for sure with my family !

This place is so cute. From the moment you walk in, they’re saying hello. This place is family owned right in our community.

Delicious ice cream. I look forward to trying the Frescas. I love the CHAMOY ICE CREAM . The PISTACHIO is a close second. My husband is SUPER picky about his chocolate shakes but this has been his favorite shake in Vegas.
There was one flavor that I wasn’t fond of- Maria’s cookie (?) It had what tasted like tapioca pieces in it. The flavor was fine just the consistency that I couldn’t put my finger on, threw me off…
So my recommendation is to try a sample before ordering. Not profound but it would’ve saved me some calories.

Food is always good but I can’t say the same about the customer service, I usually come in the after noon, the older lady and the other lady that sounds Cuban always do everything in a bad mood. This place used to be enjoyable but with this new staff it’s frustrating to order, the cook always has good energy and the previous that used to work cashier.

I don’t normally write reviews but I really want this young lady lady to get the credit she deserves! She was super nice to me and my kids, who just couldn’t make up their mind on what ice cream to get, but her patience and care for their desires really stood out for me. Thank you Emily, (that’s why I asked for your name) Thank you for such a great experience, my family and I will definitely be coming back.
