We also ordered one more taco plate, which is extremely bad, tough flour tortillas with diced meat. It even looks like a chicken wrap. I reckon Rosa’s Café had even better fast food tacos.

Excellent Experience! We had the Fajitas, sour cream chicken enchiladas and chips and salsa. The chips and salsa were fresh. The Fajitas were perfect and the sour cream chicken Enchiladas were some of the best we’ve ever had. The servers were very attentive and we received our food within 10 minutes of ordering.

This place is located in an old coffee shop location so I stopped in to get some coffee and the guys in there were so accommodating and gave me a coffee for free. So I stopped in later for dinner and was a little disappointed in the food taste. Everything was fine but not my kind of Mexican. Predominantly black pepper, onion and cheese sauce. But overall the people seemed really good and the food came out very fast.

We dined at Mi Cocina Mexicana #2 tonight during their soft opening, and it was fantastic! Coming from Dallas, where Tex-Mex options are plentiful, we can confidently say Mi Cocina Mexicana stands up with the very best. Great addition to Red River. Highly recommend.

We went on Sunday at noon for lunch. There was a sign on the door that they open at 2pm. Not only did they lose our business, but there was another couple right after us. So not opening until 2pm for lunch caused them to lose business. What’s worse is there were employees in there standing around doing nothing.
