La Fiesta Mexican Restaurant was a great experience! The fajitas were delicious and full of flavor — everything tasted fresh and authentic.
The oversized margarita was a highlight and definitely worth ordering! Such a fun bonus. They also brought out complimentary buñuelos, which were a sweet and thoughtful touch to end the meal.

This is a cool place. Ate there on a whim while we were passing through and the food was really good. They have a home made hot sauce that’s really good, and they did cool things with the mosaics. Fun place to eat.

This restaurant is a hidden gem off of Hwy 84. We walked in and were immediately greeted. They served chips with refried beans, salsa and cabbage salsa, all which were very tasty and fresh.
We ordered chicken (pollo) en mole and 2 enchiladas topped with mole sauce. The chicken was moist and the mole sauce authentic. Rice and beans were excellent too. We loved the salsa so much that we bought a 12 oz to go for on the road.
Service was outstanding and the restaurant was clean, to include the bathrooms. Plenty of parking at the restaurant as well, even to accommodate a trailer that we were towing.
If you are looking for an authentic atmosphere with amazing food and service, make sure you stop here. You will not be disappointed. We will be back!

absolutely delicious and authentic food, my only complaint is my stomach is too small to finish even the small portion combo I ordered! with an equally beautiful interior and welcoming atmosphere, dinner was filling in more ways than one!

Have you ever had teriyaki chicken fajitas? Before today my answer would have been no, my stomach wishes the answer was no.
The rice and beans had no flavor, the chicken fajitas were, I promise you, chicken teriyaki.
My husband and daughter had the lunch special of shredded beef enchiladas, which tasted like sweet baby rays barbecued beef.
Needless to say NOT GOOD.

First time here. Glad we came.
Service was outstanding (smiles, friendly, helpful, and worked with us having a senior in a wheelchair as well as 3 young kids, plus two more adults) Because of the dinning area size, they were able to seat us away from others – so we did not bother other dinners, which helped us relax as well.
The food was a big hit for all ages – all at a reasonable price. Not in this town often, but will return when the timing is right.

We traveled from Joseph to grocery shop and were hungry and wanting something substantial to eat before driving home. Decided to try La Fiesta out. I’m a Mexican food “snob” and was so happy with my steak fajita fiesta salad; my partner loved the mole. Our toddler was thilled that beans came with the chips and salsa.
The service was great. The decor was stunning.
