I’ve been passing in front of this restaurant for years and it always caught my attention but I never had the time until a few days ago and it was a great experience, Salvador at the bar does a great job and the Tropical Fajitas and the Michelada were great. I wish I could have stayed longer but I didn’t have the time and I will definitely visit them again.

Service and meals were fantastic! I had the enchiladas and my wife enjoyed chicken chimichangas. Rice and beans were so much better than your typical Mexican restaurant. Salsa was much better than we are use to also. The place could use some updates but other than that, a perfect experience. This was our first time visiting and will definitely be back!

I have only been to La Fiesta once, so these ratings are based on my first impression.
The Food
We started out with chips and salsa, which turned out to be nice; the salsa was particularly flavorful compared to other competitors, and the chips were freshly made.
For our appetizer we did the Chile Con Queso with ground beef. Very good and recommended.
Entrees were La Fiesta Salad and Fiesta Plato. Both were excellent and highly recommended.
Service
The service was good, but not great. Had to ask for plates for our appetizer, and one of our entrees got mixed up. Not a deal breaker by any means. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.
Atmosphere
It might have been the day we went there, but there was no music playing, and a musty smell in the entry area. The building could benefit from a remodel, but the food was worth the visit.
I will definitely go back if I’m up that way again! Also, the prices are extremely good for the food you get.

We were just passing through and were craving some Mexican food so we decided to stop at this place. OMG, the food was absolutely amazing! The service was great. The prices were very reasonable. They have very large margaritas for a great price. If I lived around here, this would be one of my favorite stops. I love Mexican food, and this place was authentic and very delicious!

This place has become one of my favorites since moving to the area 6 months ago. We’ve come several times and never had a bad experience. I absolutely love the seafood enchiladas, they are reminiscent of what I used to get at Chi Chi’s back in the day. This will continue to be an establishment we will continue to frequent. ❤❤

My husband and I go here to eat dinner, we go on dates here. It’s like a secret spot I feel no one knows about and is amazing real Mexican food! Prices are really good for what you receive to eat, and not to mention you go to another restaurant in the area not name dropping but your gonna spend over 100 to 150 bucks for two people, it’s crazy. Our bill always somewhere between 40 and 60 depending on if he has a few drinks or not. Would recommend to anyone, they are so sweet, kind, and take measures to make sure you have everything you need for your meal!

Probably the 6 or 7th time I have been here. Food is good, but the service is not the greatest every time I have been here. It seems like the obvious regulars get the majority of the servers attention and that is understandable. But how do they expect people to become regulars, when they get sub par service. Drinks don’t stay filled and that really disrupts a meal. No tortillas with my carnitas. I do like that there is hot sauces on the tables. Overall it is pretty good, just doesn’t impress me. People really say how great the food is, so I try again. I’m pretty sure it is because there is no other Mexican place in Ebensburg.

Since moving into the area, we’ve come here about 10 times on various days and times and haven’t had any issues. Food is always good and served pretty fast, service is attentive and friendly.

Not the single best Mexican place ever but considering I have been to old Mexico and have eaten thousands of meals I must say it is not bad at all. I was glad I visited while just passing through . I might note the waitress was pleasant, professional, and provided service that was above average.

You can’t go wrong. They have this new homemade ranch-ish dressing, sweeter than ranch with a lime twist. It is amazing when paired with the hot hot sauce! So good!
