Guys this place is incredible… Everything down to the love in the salsa (homemade and presented upon seating) I went solo and decided to sit at the bar where Daniella took care of me. When trying out a restaurant what better way to go about it then getting a combo. I got the number 2. One taco one enchilada 1 tamale. Incredible selection of REAL MEXICANA FOOD. Don’t go somewhere you have been a million times, go here. Also side note. One of the best stuffed tamales I’ve ever had.

Ok, so we really weren’t impressed by the food. Chips tasted stale. I asked for some refried beans instead of meat on my taco salad. I guess I should have specified not to overload it with beans, because they did and everything just became soggy. My mistake, but I have never had an issue anywhere else that I requested this, so I just assumed they wouldn’t be any different. My husband said his chimichanga’s were good so that’s good. I didn’t like the fact our waiter never checked on us and we could never get his attention. From our experience, if we ever came back to Springfield we would not come back.

My best friend and I ate here for the first time. We sat outside ok the patio. Music was a little loud, but overall, atmosphere is good and food and service were excellent!

Had an excellent dinner! Everyone in my party raved about how good their food was. I got the Pollo Maya (sp?) and it was marvelous. The peach margarita was very good, very peachy, which I liked. The flan was to die for! The best I’ve tasted yet, and it is a generous portion, which I appreciated. They even heated it a little at my request (I do not like ‘out of the refrigerator’ cold) even though I know it was a very strange request for them. The only complaint I had was the noise. You can barely hear the people at the table with you, even when the children weren’t shedding ear screeching screams. I literally had to mute my hearing aides when that happened. I am not against children being there. I think if they could put some tapestries on the walls, or find other areas where they could put them to absorb some of the sound it would have been a more enjoyable dinner.

Good portions and overall decent food. The restaurant itself is large and has nice murals. However; the staff there wasn’t extremely attentive. We asked for three menus and received two, told them about food allergies and still received food wrapped and topped in allergens, and didn’t receive silverware until after we obtained our food. All was fixed and we were still able to eat a nice meal together.

We called in a to go order tonight and were told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Upon arriving and paying 20 minutes later, they said it would be 5 more minutes. It ended up being 53 minutes. When they finally brought the food there was not even an apology. If they were busy at the time of the order, they should have expressed a more accurate time. I’ve had faster service eating in. It’s just ridiculous that they didn’t even say sorry. We’re really disappointed with the poor customer service.
