This was one of the weakest, blandest, most disappointing burritos I have ever had.
First off, this is definitely not nine dollars worth of food. This is a small snack. Secondly, I don’t think there’s any beans in it. How are you gonna serve me a burrito with no beans? There is only a small amount of meat and way too much lettuce. And there is also just a generally odd flavor that is pervasive throughout, which I think is the bitterness of the white part of the iceberg lettuce.
There is a thin layer of hyper processed cheese And some tomato. I can’t tell if there is onion. This burrito is severely lacking flavor, personality, and will not fill anybody up.
I’m about to go drive another half hour round-trip to actually get a burrito I enjoy.

Didn’t have good tacos since 2017 because I was living in Asia! And when I first arrived to Colorado I got to try these tacos when I was passing by with my family! They are some of the best tacos I’ve ever had! Really authentic and it really feels like family food!

We found this place on a whim as we were driving by and decided to give it a shot. Wow, we were really impressed with the food. We ordered 4 tacos asadas, 4 tacos al pastor, and we were definitely more than happy that we stopped by. It’s literally a one man team, he does it all. The food tastes fresh and cooked to order, the tacos come with a side of grilled onions and radishes. Plus the red and green chili salsas are great. The red salsa is on the spicier side for sure but probably the best tasting salsas around packed with a punch of great flavor. We would highly recommend this food truck for sure. These are true Mexican street tacos. The man working, I’m assuming is the owner is very polite and friendly. Next time you want great food, stop by for sure. The place is located in the parking lot of auto zone, at the intersection of S.Public and S. Boulder Rd. South East corner behind auto zone.

It’s just a food truck, but the tacos are consistently excellent, and the guy running it is always friendly. Easy location to get in and out of. Even before the Taco Wagon shut down, I preferred this place.

Tried this place for a breakfast burrito based on other reviews. There is a menu, but there are no posted prices, which I really didn’t like. My chorizo breakfast burrito cost $6 (I feel like other reviewers said they cost less?).
It took about 15 minutes for the food to be ready. The burrito itself was a decent size and hot. The filling was super blended, you couldn’t really discern any pieces of egg or potato or chorizo. It was sort of a hash, and reddish in color. I’d hoped for green chile in it, but sadly there was none. Wasn’t my favorite on any front, won’t be going back. Was worth a shot.
