This is a quaint little place set in the corner street. There is outside sitting and as you walk in it feels like you are walking into an underground atmosphere where you find the inside sitting. I had the Healthy Lime Chicken Tacos which came with a side of beans .

Omg. By far the best Mexican food I have had in a long time. The restaurant was packed full of people having a great time and enjoying their food. I got the #14 and it was awesome. The Chile Rellanos are crispy and fried to perfection. Not once did we go without empty drinks and we always had chips and salsa. I wish I got out waitresses name she was attentive and did a great job. I recommend this place to everyone.

We absolutely love La Estrella! The green chili is absolutely on point. You have the ability to order medium, hot and my favorite, extra hot! The chili has large chunks of pork which makes it super delicious. The Chili Relleno bites, #9 (with extra chili) and a sopapilla – definitely a must try if you’re traveling through Brighton.

We ordered house frozen margaritas and water with our food. The water tasted like it had a lot of minerals in it. The food on the other hand was great. We ordered Chicken Fajitas for one and an Indian taco with chicken. They ask if you want hot, medium or mild for the green chilli.

I guess I have high standards and expectations. Now I spare no expense to my stomach and comfort. It was my first time trying this place. We sat on the patio, its a beautiful location. I got the 32oz mandarin vodkarita.. it was refreshing and better than I expected. The chips and salsa were enjoyable, the chips were crispy and the salsa was a bit smokier than a lot of restaurants. I ordered the breakfast Estrellita plate with hot green chile… It was perfect. It’s not often I find a place with the right flavor and right heat but they have it. I will be back our server also did a great job, though I didn’t get her name.
